Went to Paul Mitchell School to have hair done. Went from Black/Grey (laughing) to Medium Brown.
Student named Mac did hair coloring overseen by a professional hair stylist to make sure that there was no hiccups. Mac was friendly and kept me posted throughout the process which took 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
☆Was informed by Mac that color should last 8 to 12 weeks before salt & pepper comes back (laughing)☆
Parking: Paul Mitchell School does not validate & there is no free parking in downtown Pasadena. So I had no choice but to park in structure near Paul Mitchell School. $17.09 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Yikes...
If you want to change your look, go to Paul Mitchell School. I am very happy with the results and looking forward to rocking Medium Brown hair for 2 to 3 months.
Note: Went through Groupon for hair coloring. Normally $40.00
Groupon $25.00 Parking $17.09 Tip...
Read moreThe Shops on Lake Avenue really surprised me in the best way. It’s one of those rare places that has a bit of everything — you’ve got your practical stops like Target, Trader Joe’s, and Macy’s, but then also some great little boutiques, a bookstore, and spots you actually want to wander into.

Most days parking isn't an issue but on holidays and peak shopping times it may take a little patience and time to find a spot. Parking lot and some stores could use a makeover as they're gradually becoming outdated...
