Jeannie is a horrible sales associate. I have gone in there twice and she has waited on me. The first time was to get my jewelry inspected and cleaned....after cleaning my jewelry she stated that the water was so dirty she was going to have to dump out the water. Todays visit was that I was needing my ring sized. after i told her that i did not have my paperwork, she was gonna looking up it. I informed her of the phone number on the account it was going to be under. She stated that she could only find the ring and not the guard on that phone number and what date did i buy the guard on. I stated to her 2x that they were purchased on the same day. She was very rude and asked me again....i need to know what date you purchased the guard. After that i stated " just give me my rings back" where she acted like she didn't hear me, where I had to reach over the counter to get my own rings. While the pieces are visually appealing, they are overpriced for being artificial stones. If you're looking for costume jewelry, this might be an okay option, but if you want genuine diamonds, I’d recommend shopping elsewhere. Transparency is key in the jewelry business, and this store could do better in that regard.

During the wedding the chain broke and the diamond fell off the necklace and we were unable to find it. I bought the warranty which covers “lost” diamonds. However, the store manager, Solomon Rollins, said there was nothing he could do for me because I didn’t have the pendant (this language is not in the warranty). He told me to call corporate. I did and they said they couldn’t override Solomon because he is the store manager. Solomon again refused to help me.
