Unfortunately what the issues of covid-19 the problem is they only allow one person to cut hair at a Time. They advertise the Supercuts 2haircut which obviously I paid for but I did not get what I consider to be full service the person washed my hair with cold water so I imagine the water heater it's not working. Technically the person did a great job on my hair.however this hot towel experience that you guys rave about was not something that I was offered. The person had to answer the phone and deal with walk-in customers and from what I could tell they did not schedule a second person until later in the day. That limits my choices especially if I don't know who is there so while I was lucky that the person knew how to cut hair at least it was still me being charged for a full experience that I did not receive.Broward county has allowed bars beaches strip clubs and everywhere else to be loaded with people and you can't have to I would imagine reasonably intelligent people who would know how to coordinate a salon to be able to operate and not leave someonestuck answering the phone in the middle of washing someone's hair with cold water...

I was charged the wrong price for tomatos and the Publix promise is to give you back your money if they charge the wrong price. At the service counter the associate wanted to give me back the difference instead. When I said to her that was not right and that she had to give me my money back she made me wait for the manager (Art Lopez) which then also gave me the "oh I have to see exactly what happened" and la la la la he finally told the associate to go ahead and refund the money. All this for $2. and change. I could not believe the hassle. It would have been easier to follow store policy and make the customer happy and it also would have made me a return customer because this was my first visit there since I just moved to the area. It's just very hectic/busy all the time.. when they built that shopping center, the architect and engineers did a terrible job. They packed way too many stores with with not enough parking spots.. always very crowded, also being so close to century village they have the shuttle buses running constantly though out the day.. the lines in there for deli / subs take forever. So for you guys the work outside construction / lawn maintenance I have a 30-minute lunch and need to get a sub and be in and out unless you get there no later than 11 a.m. you're going to wait a long time..
