The food is amazing don't get me wrong. It's always great when we go. However, the service is horrible every time we go. McDonald's has better service than these guys. We always have to wait 10-15 minutes before someone comes around to take our order. A couple times we waited over 30 minutes because we really wanted to take a relative not from the area to eat there. But had to leave because they never came around. The workers are never anywhere to be found. Another time, he came out from the bar next door after waiting forever, and couldn't have been sober the way he was talking. They didn't have hardly anything on the menu in stock so we just left after waiting 30 minutes for him to come around. All this during business hours every time. The guy working (same one every time we go) is rude. Doesn't care about the business or taking care of the customers obviously. I never write reviews but this place is really needs to get their stuff together.

The owner Eric is great. We talked a few times after he reached out. He is genuinely an awesome dude. Great service this go around when we stopped back by. He hooked it up and gave us the awesome service we usually got. Mistakes happen and he more than fixed it. Would recommend 10/10. Food is always the best around. A few weeks ago for his 16th birthday, my nephew wanted to go on a food truck “crawl.” We set out to try several places, and SB was on the top of our list. We went by and grabbed a couple burgers and HOLY COW. They were amazing. We left and drove 20 minutes away and were trying to decide which truck to try next. We went back and forth and then both couldn’t stop wishing we had grabbed an extra burger for a later snack. We finally gave in and drove all the way back to get another, because we just weren’t sure another truck could top the flavors we just had at SB. Fast forward to today, my husband and I went down for lunch because I’ve been telling him how great it was. He got the burger of the month with the pineapple and yaki sauce and DANG. I didn’t think anything could top the western burger I had on both trips, but that yaki sauce was amazing. I’m so glad we ordered a side of it for the fries. The depth of flavors that this truck tucks delicately into these burgers is impressive! We’re customers for life and won’t miss a chance to spread the word. Please keep the yaki though because the world is a better place...

We ordered the 6 flight of sauces but only received 5, can’t believe ketchup is one of their special sauces. Not a single sauce was labeled so no way to know what’s what, on top of that theirs no info on the website on how the sauces taste or what they look like.

I ordered the Route 66 but it didn’t have any fried onion on it what’s so ever, however it was still good.

The chicken tenders were a huge miss, had no seasoning at all sadly. or atleast the flour was not seasoned at all.

The loaded Philly fries were good but fries alone tasted stale, as if they were half a day old.

The Humpty Dumpty was very flavorless

We also were missing an order of regular beer battered fries. We ordered pickup and ordered a lot so we gave a 30% tip hoping everything would be amazing since it was our first time and wanted everything to go smoothly since we spent almost a total of 100 dollars.

Sweet potato fries weren’t sweet and had very light salt towards the bottom of the fries in the container, the fries at the very top didn’t taste like much of anything. Just expected more flavorful meals from my people. Customer service...
