Apetek Computers — Attraction in Philadelphia

Hello everyone, I will hate to be the first one to leave such a bad review. I had brought my pc parts to this shop to be built, I had told them I needed a 2TB SSD m.2 boot drive and a sata cable for my old SSD and I needed WINDOWS 11! I asked them if I can have it by Sunday since Tuesday is my birthday. I picked it up Saturday (today). I got home hooked everything up and I could NOT log into my own Microsoft account frustrated I contacted the shop the young lady told me to bring it back in at which I did at 12:00pm, they had it until 2:30pm when I decided to call Microcenter and ask if I can bring it in to them since Apetek did not know what was happening with the computer. The lady gave me a refund for the software service ($60) I took it to microcenter (1hr away) they fixed it in 2mins and charged me $0.00! (I have an account there).
