DIY Hair & Nail Salon — Attraction in Philadelphia

I made an appointment at 4 when I got there. The lady told me that I wasn’t able to get service because she had other customers when I called early in the morning. They told me that they were available for me to get a pedicure and a manicure at 4 PM. I spent money to come there and then they told me that she’s too busy to do anybody when I already had prior made appointment, I called early in the morning and advance to make sure and they told me it was OK to come, and now I was told when I got to the place after I already arrived that I cannot get service because she has too many customers and she wants to be able to leave on time. They are very unprofessional. I do not suggest going to this Nail salon at all. They’re very ignorant and impolite and unprofessional when I told the lady I called on the phone. Very disrespectful people they always ask for tip tips come by itself the tip option is depend on us if you would like to give you the tip or not you this is not how you run the business do your job if someone give you a tip you can accept it if not then let him go also the price says $10 you ask $30 which is not accepted and you guys speak in your own language speaking about Customers on your language you cursing Customers this is not how you run the business whenever there is a English speaking Customer setting you make sure you speak English this...

Very bad experience went there and the customer Service was terrible the was my second experience my 1st went amazing but this time there were young girls there very ignorant and when I asked for my nails they were rude I asked could she do a design and she said yes but it looked like nothing I wanted.
