We were in town for a wedding on New Year's Eve really didn't know where we were going to park Google told us this garage was there we called ahead of time to find prices we were told it was $7 very reasonable for being in the city on New Year's Eve we were also told we could insert our credit card when we entered the garage and re-enter it when we left and wouldn't have to take a ticket that worked out great. The only thing that was confusing at the elevators there were machines to pay before you got to your car and there was no signs telling us if we entered our card to proceed to the exit so that part was a little confusing we weren't sure if we had to enter our card in that machine and it would let us out at the gate but we kept in the back of our mind what we were told and figured if we were going to hold people up it wouldn't have been our fault at the exit but it worked out fine the only other thing I would have liked to have had happen but had nothing to do with the parking garage there was an entrance into the venue where we were going from the garage but it was not open so we had to walk outside and around to the entrance but on the way out back to our car we were able to walk through the venue and right...
Read moreI visited here for the first time with my family today. We paid the $21 parking fee, but the ticket payment machine was not working properly and the paid ticket stub was not returned to us. A worker opened the machine and tried to find the missing ticket without success and acknowledged others had issues and then they didnt offer a solution. Then we provided our payment receipt. After 30 minutes of waiting in the stifling garage (the temperature outside was 84 degrees), we were told to bring our car to exit and it shouldn't be an issue. When we did this, we attempted to tell the one attendant who was helping others (this was a new worker due to a shift change), we were given a horrible attitude and told we didn't have our ticket. This worker refused to hear our explanation of the situation and told us to search our belongings for the missing paid ticket stub and receipt (though we already provided our receipt). Finally, another worker came to our car and explained if we could provide the credit card matching the receipt we could go. This is how it was resolved but the entire process took 45 minutes. If the one worker did not step in we would have most likely been there another hour just waiting to...
Read moreBefore signing up to be a monthly member be aware of the hours the garage is open. I'm sure for a lot of people it's fine but if you ever need your car on a Sunday morning you won't be able to get it. They just recently closed the garage after after 10 PM during the week for repairs which is great bc I work until 11 pm. Very inconvenient with payment also. You have to have your payment in by the 3rd and they don't accept electronic payment so you have to physically drop off a check but the office is only open Monday-Friday 9-5. Sometimes the security guard will hold onto the check for you and make sure it's dropped off. If it's late your card will be deactivated and they'll tack on an extra $35. They also won't refund you if you entered the garage by taking a ticket. The ceiling leaks something out of it that's permanently stained my car.
Find another garage....
