Arizona Fresh Barbershop — Attraction in Phoenix

My son and I went in to get a haircut. Waited patiently for an hour and a half 5 barbers, 5 men waiting . I didn't mind waiting because these haircuts are damn good. Music is absolute trash though lol anyways I am upset because this chick is silver hair who had an appointment apparently, came off break did my son's cut in 15 minutes and I was a thinking i was next went up to get a cut. She says she is not gonna take me because she has an appointment although the place was pretty busy and she was on break for like a damn hour. So i planned on waiting for another barber to open. She said his 15 minute haircut was $20. I should not gave paid her $20 nor tipped her the $5. I sat there and left this barbershop without a haircut and I won't lie in super disappointed in these guys. I won't be back. I'll save the money and go elsewhere. Tons of great shops where I won't wait 2 hours to Pay $50 for a 10-20 minute cut for...

Went in today to get a cut for me and my son since everyone speaks highly of this place and asked to see how long was the wait...The first barber by the entrance said Alan the barber only had one more then I would be next...I asked can I get a cut by anyone else besides Alan..the barber by the door response was (no one else will be available) I asked again how long will the wait be ( didnt matter if it took 2-3 hours I had time to wait i could run some errands and be back ) and he said that Alan was the only one...I MEAN C’MON ITS NOT LIKE EACH BARBER HAD 3 WAITING TO BE CUT....HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL JUST BECAUSE ONE BARBER COULDN’T BE STRAIGHT AND SAY HOW LONG...

So I took my son to this place for a hair cut and my son comes out with a botched hair cut. The guy that cut my son's hair seemed like he didn't want to cut his hair. I get it my son is 2yrs old and isn't as interesting as cutting an adults hair. This guy had no patience with him. I had to take my son else where to get his hair fixed. Lets just say my son will not be coming back. If your looking for a place with great work and awesome customer service I highly recommend...
