AZ Bounce Pro — Attraction in Phoenix

Shady business practices. Instead of trying to explain why prices might be astronomical (for your 3 for 1 deal) compared to competitors they just block your comments. Roughly $370 for a 22 foot water slide then add on around $100 for taxes and delivery and it’s over $470 for 3 days. Now that wouldn’t be horrible if they weren’t running a 3 days for the price of one promotion.

I called 3 other companies who were all around $360 for 3 days which is not unreasonable. And AZ Bounce Pros price is not unreasonable either if that wasn’t a promotion. But maybe try telling your customers and possible future customers that “Hey, yes our prices are higher because we have top of the line bounce houses and water slides, we make sure to check for needed repairs after every use, etc...” You know, something to give your future customers hope but instead you try to silence them, which seems super shady and that the 3 for 1 deal isn’t actually a deal.

Maybe if you actually respond to people’s comments with information and not tell them to fill out the forms on your website you’ll get...

I contacted Az Bounce Pro for last minute quotes on my sons first birthday and everything was a little under $700. I submitted Like 7 quotes over the weekend mixing up the bouncers to play with cost because I wasn't Looking to spend that kind of money.

Mila called me on Monday (after reviewing my endless quotes) and was able to get me, more than what I wanted to get, and it was all way cheaper than the quote i got online because they were running a special. Talk about a blessing!!!

She provided such great service and she honestly went above and beyond. On top of all that the guys that came to lay down the bouncers knew EXACTLY what they were doing. They were complete pros. I didnt Even have to open my mouth to say where I wanted It placed they just did it perfect.!!! Az Bounce Pro has earns a Life...

For the last 7 years I've used this company and Sir Bounce a Lot (found out today they're both the same company) for my daughter's birthday parties. We always had great service from them which is why I would always call them for my parties and refer them to friends. However, today when I called to book I was informed that they now require a $500 minimum for their rentals and or services. $500!!! Seriously, screw these guys. Apparently they don't care about their long time customers unless you want to pay through the nose. No thanks! It literally took me 30 seconds to find another inflatable vendor without a ridiculously high minimum price, and I look forward to working with them for many years to come. I will NEVER use or recommend Sir Bounce a Lot or AZ...
