I have to say we are very disappointed in this salon. This was the first time my daughter has ever used them. She is a college student who was trying to find a good salon. Boy was she mislead and taken advantage of! Jules Bennett knew she came in and was only scheduled for partial highlights. My daughter did not schedule a haircut or a gloss or a Color correction!!!! He even told my daughter he was not going to charge her for a color correction because she was a poor college student. She left the salon with the wrong color, she showed him a photo of what she wanted, she requested money pieces, did not get that but got charged over $520 for things my daughter was not prepared to pay extra for! At what point do you ask your customer for permission to add services on? She said you just told her what you’re doing and you never explained! You also did not style her hair you just blow dried it! She has short hair already ! She didn’t schedule a consultation because she didn’t need one! She knew what she wanted! If at that point she came in you could not highlight her hair then you should have said and went on her way! Instead you took advantage of her niceness and for some one who was out in an awkward spot financially with you!! Shame on you!!! Not only that I have called left voicemails and emailed and have not received a courteous call back! I would never recommend you to anyone!! Read morethe stylist i saw was doing foils for another client when i got there, and as soon as she sent her client to process she started my appointment. i could tell she was prioritizing her other client by the fact my haircut seemed very rushed. i simply asked for a haircut to blend the ends of my hair and make them less choppy. i have extensions, so the hair is very thick, therefore i expected her to wet my hair before she cut it. she proceeded to cut my hair dry and i kid you not was done in 5 minutes. she didn’t even check the back of my head after to see if it was even. i think my hair is more uneven and choppy than it was before i came in :( not to mention she cut the front pieces of my natural hair sooo short when i never asked for that. now i have little to no choice but to keep my extentions in until it grows back :( which is devastating for me as i took me a long time to get my hair to that length. if i could give zero stars, i would. i was charged $50 for this and i’m honestly just so beyond disappointed 😭 i’m not gonna put her name, but i really do hope she sees this and realizes how much she...
Read moreI booked an appointment with Sarah Milani through instagram message and I was able to get in within 48 hours to get a new haircut. It's genuinely surprisingly how good this picture made me feel because as a "recovering blonde" I have spent a lot of time working on getting my hair back to a healthy state. With this picture, I can finally see that progress. The breakage, the frailness, the unmanageable nature of it; it was bumming me out, big time. A classic case of "you don't know what you have until it's gone" - I know, it's "just hair" but it turns out it's one of the features that I love about myself. Sarah took the time to explain healthy care tips and gave me a little tutorial on achieving the look in the seen here, in the future. The space is really awesome and laid back and I would highly recommend this salon. I've already referred several people. It's in a really awesome part of Phoenix as well. Get to it!!
