Molly Benko is an absolute artist who has completely transformed my hair!

Molly took the time to understand my hair and what I wanted to do with it. I didn't have much of an idea of what I wanted (let alone a photo) but she patiently walked me through my options and helped me pick the perfect style for me.

When I say I'm obsessed with my hair… like absolutely OBSESSED! 😍

Molly did the most incredible job and I adore the color and cut! She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and she listened to what I wanted. She told me in advance how much everything would cost, what the process would be like, and she confirmed important details as she went (for instance, exactly how much length I wanted to take off).

I haven't felt this good about my hair in a VERY long time... actually I've never felt this good about my hair. I'm like a new person!

I'd be beyond delighted if my hair was the only thing I loved, but the entire experience was fantastic too. Molly is the sweetest human and I genuinely enjoy chatting with her. No awkward small talk that feels compulsory in these situations -- just comfortable conversation that made the time fly for me!

**Since writing the above review a year ago, I've only gained more positive experiences with Molly and my hair continues to help me feel beautiful and confident. In the last year, Molly has done my hair for countless important occasions including weddings, charity galas, and the 65th annual Grammy awards! Molly has moved to a new salon, LVL 11, (it's gorgeous, super convenient w easy parking) but I would literally follow her to the ends of the earth if she'll keep doing my hair.

I would follow Jess to the end of the world. I was lucky enough to find her while she was working at a previous salon from word of mouth & Jess blew my mind away from the first moment I met her. When she opened up her own salon I knew she would create a beautiful space that anyone would want to come to. I have never, ever seen a client walk away unhappy or without a beaming smile of confidence as they leave her salon. I’ve watched women run in with hair emergencies, brushes stuck in their hair, etc and Jess always finds a way to meet a client needs, even if it means staying late herself. She is extremely talented when it comes to hair and she knows how to read and communicate with her clients to give them exactly what they’re looking for. She’s honest when it comes to hair goals and if something is realistic or not, and she always ensures to give you a timeline on how long it will take to get you to where you want to be. She always goes above and beyond my expectations. She is reliable and bends over backwards for her clients; if she can find a way to get you in for an appt, I promise you she will and you will never leave disappointed.
