So today its 113 degrees out, and i decided to stop at Jamba. I ordered a medium size Peach Perfection and as an added zing, I asked the cashier to please add a little lemon to the drink. "Lemon juice or the actual fruit lemon" he asked. And I replied, "a little of the actual fruit." I heard chatter in the back amongst employees that definitely included "How do you put lemons in there?" But because I did not for sure know if that was in direct relation to my order, I shrugged it off and waited for my cool, refreshing JAMBA. My name was called and for whatever reason, my medium cup was filled probably. 90% of the way. Not the end of the world, but then from the 1st sip of the drink, it tasted as though I had taken a lemon and raked my teeth around the outside, as if to seperate the peeling from the fruit, and then took that "cool, refreshing, 1st sip". And every sip after it tasted equally, if not, harsher than the last. Finally, I walked back to the counter and asked, " Excuse me, did you by any chance, take the entire lemon, rind, peel and all and blend it in this drink?" The young lady who made this horrid drink, said "yes." I replied, "I didnt want the peeling blended in my drink." And she looked at me as if I misunderstood what I ordered and proceeded to say, " well theres a juicer back there. We just take the lemons and juice them and that what you get." The look on my face was Im sure bewilderment, confusion and utter dis-satisfaction as to the response I just received. I walked to my seat and decided this is not okay. Not only that, I felt it imperitive to share how inconsiderate and unprofessional some people can be to feel safe standing on the principle of "Im just doing my job". Im pretty sure her job was not to make a very loyal customer feel like Jamba is not what it used to be. Im definitely sure, her job was to make refreshing smoothies and juices that the public enjoys and keeps coming back for. I could react to her lack of customer service in a lot of ways, but today, I choose to respond with a public announcement....Jamba is just not what it used to be! Its a sad ending to what once was the pinnacle...
Read moreYou would think these places were cookie-cutter, where everything is relatively the same at the different locations, but the young lady working here was probably the best employee I've come across at a Jamba Juice location. Exceptionally friendly, was able to easily help me narrow down a choice (no watermelon smoothies yet, but knew what didn't have banana or peach, 2 flavors I don't like). Other locations, when asked, just give a blank stare. When I paid with a gift card, she was able to process it right away and hand me a receipt (normally when I go the gift card becomes a production for the cashier, and I've been told you don't get a receipt when paying with a gift card--which just means they are too dumb to print a receipt after closing out an order). She offered us samples of a waffle cone treat and tried to gently upsell them without being too forceful. And when giving us our drinks told me to make sure I'd like mine or she'd make something different, because she wants the customers happy. (Another bonus--she looked at us when speaking to us, rather than looking away or talking when walking away, which is customary at so many places these days.) We were happy, and I hope she's able to move up within the company fast, or find a different place that will reward her...

Had been going to this location over two years. The ONLY reason I continued to go to this location even after I moved, was bc of 'My Crew: Milton/Angel'. Where are they??? 👀
Current Staff are not the same. Level of friendliness, genuineness, and professionalism has come down a few notches - as well as menu/procedure knowledge. (Always have to explain my order multi times - EVERY time I go in)

Staff is Great! Always friendly with a smile and professional. My 'made-to-order' requests - due to health restrictions - are ALWAYS just right. (If not, they will do what they can to make it so)
I'm a regular so they remember me and my usual orders...by name...both!
Location is always clean - inside and out. I also love their late hours - open till 10p. My fav location....
