Amazing, friendly I would first like to say that the staff there is so kind and so nice from the moment you walk into the moment you leave every single person including the nurse was just super kind very nice very professional very sweet that being said it was terrible they told me to wait 15 days for full results I've been doing this since I was 23 and I'm 50 years old I planned this perfectly so when I got married and even though I'm older this is my first marriage I would look nice and fresh and feel good I normally see results between 3 and 5 days right away never fails!!! This time I saw no results and I knew I wasn't going to see any results because as sweet as a nurse was she only had a year and a half experience and when she went to do my crow's feet she did it at such an angle that she was just going under the surface of the skin like as if she was doing a parallel never in 27 years had a doctor do it that way no results I came back in for my touch up and it's the same nurse doing it well clearly she's just going to do the same thing over again I got so upset that I had to leave before I caused the scene exciting and demanding a full refund I'm going to call the district manager because this is ridiculous and again I'd like to say and remind you the staff is amazing and sweet and kind and beautiful inside and out but they need more practice more education they are not adverse to do it and they should have somebody with more experience overseeing what they do not a nurse who's only been doing it a little over a year having and somebody else there with their teaching them what to do you don't go to some place like that and have somebody shattering the nurse that's not at the hospital or the company Botox will come out and do demonstrations during your time that's your money you're spending very very disappointed I'm regretting it you're better off not using Groupon and go to somebody like Dr Simone Rocklin in Scottsdale Arizona where I might be a little more expensive but you see results and you leave feeling happy about yourself not sad and disappointed because you know tomorrow is your wedding day you're going to...

Nurse Kaitlin advised me I needed about 20 units of the 40 units of botox I pre-purchased on groupon during my consult. She left to ask manager if I could use units I needed and come back to use the rest later. I was told 'use it or lose it'. The manager then had to come into the room to sign off on all the botox they used. First big red flag.
During my appointment the nurse also suggested I try micro-needeling. I asked very basic questions about it and she did not know but said someone else there offered it. Why suggest something you are unfamiliar with?
I was told if I was not satisfied to return in 2 weeks for a complimentary re-touch. When I returned, my appointment was 15 min late to begin and after signing consents I was asked by Nurse Dawn if I wanted 'optimal' dosing or FDA approved dosing. I said I did not understand the difference and was asked to take a photo. I said I prefer to take my own photo for privacy purposes.
Dawn said she needed to leave to check with her manager on differences in pricing. I was thought it was free. When she came back with the manager, the manager then informed me re-touch services were no longer complimentary because I did not want them to take my photo. I pulled up the 'before' photos I took at Peach during first appointment. Manager claimed that this policy was previously discussed and "in the nurse's notes". Not accurate. If an issue with photography and it striking the 2 wk follow-up satisfaction policy had been communicated I would not be there.
Manager then offered to call a regional manager. I said yes please. She proceeded to go to the front desk, did not call and basically ignored me until I went away. It was unbelievably unprofessional and rude. Also scary the manager is telling the medical professionals how to do their job. What a waste of everyone's time especially in 120 degree heat. Bottom line you cannot trust this business to do the right thing or treat you well. I blame management & not the young women injecting....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am not the usual "leave a review" after one bad experience person, but I really wanted to like this medspa as this is my first time getting any type of botox and I had previously accompanied my cousin in April for hers and everything was great! I decided to finally purchase some Groupons! I completed treatment with Ciara almost 2 weeks ago, she was amazing! Super sweet and knowledgable about everything, she also provided me with post treatment to assure everything went well after! She informed me i may need additional units for the look I was wanting, loved how transparent she was, but unfortunately I will be not be able to come back and see her for the additional I see needed.
My initial interactions and after were not the best. No friendliness given upon arrival or after checking in. As i made my way to the restroom the girls at the front were apparently speaking about a "crazy looking" client amongst themselves, I was very uncomfortable while this conversation was occurring. The bathroom cleanliness was also a bit lacking. Upon payment I was told I can only use one Groupon per their policy, there was no problem at all, as I attempted calmly tried to explain that I did not know their policy and retrieve the code from my one Groupon the receptionist continued to tell me rudely how they never accept more than 1, this should've been something I was emailed about with my Groupon purchase or in the fine print, how Groupon can be difficult for them to use and next time just screenshot the offer and so forth.I was completely dazed after the transaction was complete. My hopes were very high as my previous visit was great, but my experience was not the best over all...
