I frequent this Starbucks 3-4 times a week because it is near my place of work. I simply have to say that the employees need to pay better attention to the requests of their patrons than hurrying their preparation of these drinks. The patron may make these requests out of dietary restrictions and after paying over $6 for a drink it's quite disappointing that it has to be discarded because a request was ignored. This has happened to me 4 times this past week in the drive thru. My hope is that the Manager will read this and reiterate to their employees the importance of being mindful to the requests of their patrons.
Update to review: I'm not sure if this Starbucks is under new mgmt. I come here a few times a week for a number of years now and I don't understand what happened to putting a stopper and sleeve on your hot drinks??? Some people are still driving to work and the drink spills out not to mention having to carry a hot drink in your hand while entering your building and climbing stairs. It just seems once again Corporate America trying to cut costs at the expense of customers because they want to maintain their gross...
Read moreI spend about $6 almost every morning for coffee when I don’t get breakfast here. Yesterday I got a little more than a half filled cup, I had to park & go into the store rather than waiting another 10 minutes in line. The first guy that seen my cup looked as confused as me, until this woman jumped in and said “that’s what happens when you get one shot”. Yeah okay lol So I had them remake it. Keep in mind they charge you for extra shots but it’s the same price for less shots & they only filled mine above half way. Today I went & got the same thing, this time they filled the whole cup up with ice instead. Nice 3 sips!! Not sure if the workers have shares in the company or get $ taken from their checks for giving out extra milk but what’s so hard about making a normal drink & then topping it off with more oat milk? LOL shouldn’t have to ask for light ice, normal is fine. This isn’t normal! Only 2 bad experiences out of...
Read moreHappy new year! 2022 makes no changes for the progression of this generation's work ethic.... I live across the street from this location. The website and app both state that they open at 6am. I forgot to go to the grocery store yesterday to get coffee and walked across the street on a chilly morning in my shorts and sandals to get a cup of coffee at 6am. I attempted to open a locked door. An employee looked up at me and continued to stock the cooler at the front counter. I watched her finish and then I knocked on the door at probably about 6:03 ish... She then walks over, cracks the door and says they don't open till 6:30. I thanked her for refusing to acknowledge me standing outside in the chilly weather in my shorts and sandals. Other people in the parking lot drove...
