I was running a few minutes late for my stress test today appt. I called informed someone due to the freeway traffic. Well I guess the manager andronica lied told me I wasnāt able to be late at all but informed the office that I was gonna still try because I was just down the street, I come into the office christy was in there I showed up at 3:42 she sat there and watched me instead of checking me in by the time she does itās super late obviously, and I could tell she did it on purpose while finishing up with someone else then she tells me they left at 3:40, and I was told I could only be late till then but I definitely was never told that on the phone, they have a 15 min courtesy to begin with just the whole situation was rude, if she had checked me in right away since she knew who I was, then I would have been fine since she was already called and informed I was going to try to still show up, I just drove super far out here, Iām extremely unhappy and christy was definitely very rude and passive aggressive, as well as inappropriate comments that were unnecessary like āitās mine/the patients responsibility to make sure their there on timeā and when I informed my sister who was with infront of her that I would let dr pecci know how I was treated not even speaking to Christy that she would informed dr pecci. I'm writing this with my actual name and not some alias I created to bash the company; transparency is key in business. It seems when one of the doctors wants to go on a vacation here, they automatically cancel out appointments and put notes in their systems mentioning that the patient called in to cancel it. Also can't forget that they don't seem to verify/confirm these self imposed changes with the patient. I got a sorry from the staff that was there, but sorry doesn't give me back my wasted time or wasted gas. I proposed we do something to better the situation in a make good or waiving of fees for my next visit, but an error on their part apparently doesn't warrant any action other than endless apologies. Nothing was proposed to improve the situation, just an oh well, sorry, your meeting isn't till next month. The worst part is that you need to be referred to see a doctor at this facility, so I can't just go find a cardiologist elsewhere. I'll...
