Very disappointing experience regarding customer service!! First of all I tried on some clothes, Ross has a max of 8 items, I had more clothes to try on. So, I asked my 12 year old daughter to return the 8 items to the fitting room lady. We only brought in 4 additional items and the number pass, which was an 8 didn't get switched to a 4. So, when I came out with the clothes the fitting room lady insinuated that I stole some clothes. Then, I go pay for all my merchandise and one of my pants had an attached tag, not a sticker, marking $9.99. So the teller wouldn't sell it to me, and she calls the manager to bump up the price. I go to the Ross all the time today some girl by the name of tabby helped me. She was visibly bothered and was breathing hard and banging the scanner around not sure if it was because it was early or she just wasn’t having it either way probably the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten. When I told her usually when you have a customer you start off with greeting them and I was polite as possible her response was “ohhh not today” , “there’s always self-checkout, if you don’t like it” I giggled cause I get it sometimes you don’t want to work but what do I have to do with you being unhappy at work or having a bad day. Love Ross Dress for Less because of the low prices and deals you get on the quality items and brands you find there, I recommend going here if you want to find a nice style for a low price and also for working jeans and shorts because the levis here are sow low priced you can always come back and buy another pair. Great service and employees it nice that they have a restroom here because you never lnow when you gotta go when shopping with the wives lol, but Definetly one of my favorite places to go spend a few bucks on myself and for gifts its a great place because of brands they have, no unknown brands and if they do have some there style is not bad. 5 stars...
