The market is great, there is always something unique to find there. Many of the vendors sell quality products that are made by artisans in Poland, Germany, Ireland, etc. CAUTION: Kathe Wolfhart sells many cute ornaments, trinkets, decorations, etc but many of them are made in China. Also, 3/3 times I’ve been to Kathe Wolfhart my items were either rung up incorrectly or the people at the register failed to put all my items in my bag, and I only noticed after I left. Also, if you want to dispute a charge with them there is no phone number to reach anyone who runs the shop, so I had to dispute one of the charges through my credit card company. Read moreThis years Christmas spirit and decorations were very underwhelming this year where we live so we drove to Pittsburgh for some Christmas cheer. Ive never been to this part of town before and it was very busy and we found parking in a garage. Not exactly knowing what to expect we wenbt in with an open mind. We found all sorts of vendors and foods there in the square. We were surrounded Christmas music, delicious smelling foods and items to purchase from around the world. Read moreI’m not sure how people rate this 5 stars… it’s a teeny tiny market with mostly REALLY marked up trinkets you can get on Amazon or Etsy, with like 4 exceptions which have really unique hand made items. If you’re not from Pittsburgh and are in town and hear “holiday market” please be aware this is more like 25 concession stands with very listing ambience.
