Worst service ever:

Ordered fried pickles as an appetizer and got them. No plates, no silverware, just the plate they came on and the 6 pickles. My mom ordered a salad that is meant to have egg in it, no egg. My dad ordered a sandwich and it was cold. He also ordered wings that were ice cold. I ordered chicken tenders with wing sauce and it was cold. Then my mom asked for egg and dressing. Our waitress then went over to a table of 8 to take their order. 10 minutes later my mom was so mad she left and walked out. Keep in mind that it took an hour for our food to even come out. Manager came out, we didn’t ask for one but we’re happy he came out. He took care of our entire check. Which was nice. Our waitress was in tears but it was her second day so we tipped her ten. Absolutely horrible food. Our first time in Pittsburg and this restaurant was recommended to us so we thought we’d give it a try. Expected so much better. We both ordered their “specialty” sandwiches. Big mistake. The cheese/cheese was two huge slices of white bread with a scraping of dried up cheese and smothered in vinegar coleslaw. There were a few cold fries to go with it. Such a waste of time and money. I don’t recommend this place at all! The atmosphere was nothing special. Was finally able to get down to the PPG location downtown for the first time in a few years. I'd almost given up on Prim.Bros because the chains were almost always way below standard. However, the service was great, the prices are tough to beat, and the food was delicious.
