FLIPT — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

I ordered 3 things, boneless chicken, fries and a hot dog. Seems easy right? It was early, not busy at all. I only received my boneless chicken?? My boyfriend went to get the hot dog and once he got back to the car I realized the fries weren’t in the bag either. I went back in to get the fries and the incompetent big back oompa loompa didn’t even acknowledge me. Another guy at the counter asked if everything was ok, I proceeded to let him know the situation. She then asked the people in the back for the fries, sat them down on the counter and walked away? No apology or anything just attitude. Her customer service is piss poor but s/o to the guy that helped out, although he was busy with another task. You might need to remind your employees that they applied for the position no one...

Came here and wasted 20 Dollars on an order the cashier was very strange and was very awkward. On top of that I waited about 15 minutes for my food and the lady that gave me my order. Didn’t even read the bag, called out the wrong name so I looked at her with confusion. And she looked at me with an attitude and all the workers were just staring and it was very awkward. Oh yea and the burger was the worst burger I ever had in my life. And it’s hard to mess up a burger, they must’ve not made me a fresh burger and just disassembled a burger and took everything off and gave it to me. Except it had this nasty sauce that threw off the whole burger and it was greasy and messy and sucked, who ever made the burger needs to go back to culinary school or be incarcerated....

Food was very stock and basic. For $50 I was not expecting to have to put my own cheese sauce on, ie it should have been dressed on the fries by default. The burger felt like a frozen patty, not fresh. The ingredients aside from the burger felt freshish. As for the atmosphere, I was happy to have a contactless experience, only to have it dashed with someone yelling order numbers every 5 second.

Lesson learned. Skip this place and get some...
