A detailed, well-done statue of a Pittsburgh icon. Pops was the engine that drove the 1979 World Championship club, with his smile and personality. His "Stargell Stars," awarded to teammates for exemplary play, completed the look of those wonderful, pillbox-style hats the Pirates then wore. Not only was he a team leader, he was a Baseball Hall of Famer.
