This place in my opinion was the biggest let down and extremely over priced especially for the quality and quantity I went in there seen they have the Dubai chocolate strawberry cups the menu said medium $5.99 okay cool I'll take 3 expecting order to come out to maybe $25 and to my surprise and $52 later because the menu i guess is very misleading maybe it's just me but okay I'll pay the $52 especially if they live up to all the hype and let me say absolutely not $17 a piece for very little chocolate and the pistachio it just didn't taste right or good in any way I've had these cups from other places and they were fabulous I've even had just the Dubai chocolate which is also delicious but I wanted to give this place a try because I had seen and heard they had them for cheaper then other places which wasn't the case and the quality was just poor and the other 2 people said the same thing about their cups as well none of us ate all of our cups I only had a few bites and with every bite I was more disappointed it was just a waste of $52 for me. The chocolate is amazing there but how its run is not the best. I had placed an order a week ahead and when i showed up 2 hours later than what I had told them it wasn't there. Turn out they hadn't even started it and the order slip was just sitting on the wall. Normally it wouldn't of been a big deal but i had order it for a special event that i needed to get to. Ended up waiting over an hour to get it. They charged me more than what the girl had quoted me but at that point I didnt have time to debate. While i was waiting another person came in and his order wasn't ready either. I understand being busy but how they handle things is hectic and this is not the first time that an order has been messed up. Most of the time its the kids running the business and they usually don't have the best attitudes or act professional. A few of the other workers are usually working really hard and picking up the others slack. Go here as soon as you can! Their chocolate is awesome! I have more time now so I can add a few more details about this shop. First of all, the people that work here are very helpful and answer all of my chocolate questions. My granddaughter made me come here so that we could get some Dubai chocolate, which is excellent. 👌I asked if they had chocolate covered raspberry jellies and they do! 😍 I remember these from my childhood and they have always been a favorite of mine so I bought some and they were just as good as the ones from my younger days. The next time I go I will try something new because they have a lot to choose from and I'd like to try some of their other beautiful chocolate candies!
