Rally House Plano — Attraction in Plano

I was recently invited by one of my close friends to go to a Dallas Stars game at the AAC, but I haven't had any Stars gear that fit me any longer from their cup winning year 1999. So after searching on my phone for any reasonably priced jerseys or t-shirts and at the right size XXXL&up and for pickup. I found a couple different styles at the Rally House in Plano,Tx which was only about 15-20 minutes from my home in East Plano. So I showed up a little after the store opened and was quickly helped by a very friendly store attendant who found the ones I was interested in and also wound up checking me out at the registers. Honestly if I could do less than 1 star I would, but I have never In my life encountered such a rude manager that is ungodly rude to her customers and staff. Whoever Vanessa is, I hope your company takes action and does something about the hateful and rude way she treats people around her. Definitely a poor choice from Rally house on making someone of that character a manager. Until she isn’t there me and anyone I know that shops there will be informed and now know to take their business somewhere else where a person can be treated and talked to ad a person. This place has all my favorite sports teams! I’m a HUGE ice hockey fan so you know I buying everything Dallas Stars related. GO STARS! I bought a few Dallas Stars merchandise from the store and was pleased with the selection and price. I believe the employees could have been a little more friendly and inviting. I got a cold shoulder feeling while shopping in the store. A few employees passed me with no smile and/or greet. All of us experience bad days. It happens.
