The elderly lady first made a mistake by not correctly charging my credit card then she has the nerve to make a smart remark about my signature. Then she forgets to give me back my credit card. I called the store to ask about my card and she said it is not there. So the credit card had to get canceled. Then she called back to say she found it. By then it was canceled but I didn't tell her that because I appreciated her calling me back. I decided to call her back out of courtesy to tell her that I no longer needed the card because I had canceled it. She was concerned about her $30 transactions. That made me mad as I had to change all 6 or 7 of my automated monthly debit card transactions. She became very rude after that and told me I was sick and had a problem. Very very bad customer service and I wish I had recorded her bad behavior. Too bad that store is the closest place that sells what I need. Very sad and upset about her behavior. No empathy was shown or apology was made for her...

The first visit to this little boutique was a great one. The owner mother and daughter we such sweethearts! They made me and my daughters feel so welcome and simply felt the love. This will be my go to spot from now on for perfume and possibly more! I live in south Florida where cultural diversity is a norm. So, I found out there's an entire strip mall of middle eastern businesses, and one happened to be a store called middle eastern fashions. They have all the viral Arabic perfumes!
