Oliver single handedly saved the rating I was going to give. I've kept good condition of my Google Pixel XL for 5 years but the battery drains like running water. Had them order the battery for me (no charge) told it would be a week. Called back a week and a day later, no phone call to me if it arrived. Was told it should arrive the next day per tracking. Waited another week, called back still didn't arrive was told because ground shipping during the holidays takes longer. 🙄... Told it should be here the next day. Waited another week. Was told it's here, but we didn't call because it hasn't been checked into inventory yet. Called a couple days later to see if I can come in to do the repair (New Years Eve) told they closed early and the process takes 2-3 hours because the battery has to be replaced by removing the screen. Came into the store Sunday the 3rd. Told by the first person it's not here. After that I became that guy. Hate to admit. From the back I heard Oliver tell his co-worker to check somewhere else. Suddenly they have it. Oliver comes to the front calm as ever no matter how I raise my voice explaining everything. Says I can get it done for you come back 15 minutes before we close, even though they were busy. I arrive just at closing. He waits for me gets the phone charged and everything was working. I sincerely hope his manager that he says he works with Monday reads this review. His calmness and professionalism was exactly what I needed. To get repairs and especially the cell helmet for their phones which is a liquid screen protector that will cover majority of not all of the cost of a screen repair if you crack your screen. What happened to me the other day was, I have a limited edition s22 ultra and I purchased the screen protector back in March my screen cracked I take it in and they are unable to repair the screen due to not having the parts. I said ok and I did a warranty claim and asurion had to do a buy back on my phone and I purchased the white s22 ultra which they do have the parts for. So I go back to the store with receipt for my liquid screen protector and said hey could I get refunded or get another screen protector on my new phone they told me no they can't do that cause it's registered which I told them but I must register it within a month of getting the screen protector. Then they said well there is nothing we could do for you you are better off calling the cell helmet company and going through them. I then said so I pretty much waisted my money I then explained to them that they need to make sure that they have the parts before putting the liquid screen protectors on the phone cause this situation would be averted if I knew before hand that they didn't have the parts cause I could walk outside drop my phone come back in and need the screen repaired then here it is they don't have the parts and can't fix it. Read moreI brought in an old moto g(7) power secondary phone which I took apart and bought a replacement battery as the old battery swelled up and deformed the case. When I entered the facility, I met a gem of a technician named Melanie. This facility works on not only cellphones but also computers, monitors and it seems like anything electronic, so I was very surprised that she knew exactly what to do to hook up the battery and the fingertip sensor and to screw it together so that it was operating perfectly. The contacts for both of these contact are almost microscopic which I never could do on my own. Once it was working, she brought it into the back so she could clean up the case, attach the adhesive around the perimeter, then clamps were put around the perimeter to squeeze the case together while the adhesive cures. Melanie brought out the phone which looked and acted brand new. This phone has 105 apps and everything works perfectly and the original case which was bulging because of the swollen battery is flat and looks like new. Finally, Melanie told me that the battery needs to be drained completely before charging fully for 4 times to give the battery the full usable life.
