Karen is wonderful! She offers many different services. Electrolysis treatment so far has helped by thinning out my hair in the treated areas, permanently removing hair and making it so it grows back after a longer period of time than before. I also go to her for my body waxing needs. She uses the wax best suited for my skin and is very thorough and unbelievably fast! My skin is so smooth after and my hair doesn't grow back for several weeks! She's discreet, personable, professional, and she's very knowledgeable. Her office is always clean and the setting is so relaxing. I love the fact that I'm treated by the same person, it's only her seeing my business rather than multiple people. I really liked this place:) Karen was totally awesome. The only problem was that it didn't work for me. I went there for electrolysis treatment for about a year and a half. The area I had treated was only about two square inches. But after all that time, it didn't do anything. I pretty much wasted over a thousand dollars for nothing. I should have asked how long I should expect before I see results, but I just kept thinking the hair on my chinny chin chin would disappear eventually. It didn't though. So that would be my suggestion. Find out how long it's supposed to take before you see changes or improvements. And if that time comes and goes, it might not be right for you. They did a great job with waxing...

I went to Karen for 11 months for electrolysis on a small area (underarms) that had already had laser hair removal previously (5 years prior) and I wanted the very few remaining hairs eliminated. She told me it usually takes 6 months to a year on hair that hasn't been treated, so mine should be around 6 months to see permanent results. 11 months and over $600 later... zero improvement. She had nothing to say. These treatments are extremely painful not to mention the cost. Both factors I was accepted knowing this is the only way to have permanent hair removal. However, now looking back, what a huge waste since it didn't work at all. I put my body through awful pain...
