This place is a bit dated. With old broken rooms with poor repairs done and a housekeeping manager that seems to have an authority complex (he wants you to know he is in charge) and a location where you are fighting with chick fil a and in n out for parking you would think that the service would make up for it. Well, it doesn't. The heat and serve breakfast with equipment that barely works is not worth mentioning (breakfast included) in your rate as a selling point. You are hardly acknowledged when you walk thru the lobby. They were selling $85 online but I missed the midnight time so I had to book direct to stay that night and was charged $139. The night manager told me to come back and talk to them in the morning and they will adjust my rate. The lady in the morning said she could not because he charged my entire stay in advance so she can't do it. That I would have to talk to him at night. I went back to talk to him and he said "oh man, I just ran the audit so I can't help you. You will have to talk to the GM to get a refund. End result is that I was staying 2 nights and both were selling $85 online but charged us $139 for each nught. Actually I was given a small discount for the first night. Then when we were going to check out we went to get a luggage cart and the GM some young girl came running out of her office to tell my wife that she could not take the luggage cart without leaving he drivers license. What? I have worked in hotels for about 25 years and have worked for every brand, limited service to luxury full service and independent boutique brands and never have I heard of such a thing. With our bags being stolen just days before neither of us had a drivers license with us so we had to take a bunch of trips to the car. That was not easy as both of us have pretty severe injuries right now. All in all this place was a bit dirty (if you look in the corners of anything), broken hardware like doorknobs and service that is spotty at best run by a young inexperienced lady that this must be the first and only hotel she has worked at that over charged us by at least $50 per night and insulted us at check out. I would probably recommend the motel across the street before this place. They did things that I have not seen done in 25 years of hotels. Very...

If not for the excellent and polite service here, as well as glowing feedback from others, I'd probably rate this hotel two stars.

It's an okay place to stay and each room is a budget suite with a kitchenette (fridge, sink, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, cookware, dishes). There's plenty of closet space in the room, as well as a desk for work space. I'm unsure if all rooms are sized similar but our room, with a king bed, had a couch, arm chair, and coffee table.

They have a small breakfast with a decent offering every morning (juice cans, toast/bagels, mini pancakes, scrambled eggs, French toast, yogurt, etc.) and free cookies for a limited time each evening. There's a free beverage bar (hot cocoa, tea, water, coffee) in the lobby and apples at the reception desk.

This place had three different groups staying/involved during our stay, among other individual guests, so it was very busy. Even as we were checking out, there was a fleet of AT&T vehicles/workers checking in.

The rooms are dated and it's clear the hotel overall is more of a budget hotel. Nothing super upgraded/fancy, no extra bells and whistles. Basic but cozy.

There is a small fitness center, free laundry facility (bring your own soap/etc), and a fire pit but we didn't use any of these.

My issue was with the cleanliness of the room. I have allergy concerns and sensitive lungs due to a respiratory infection. The room was clean but you could tell that deep cleanings are few, if ever, here. There were cobwebs around the window cover things by the ceiling, a dusty "scent" overall that made it harder for me to breathe, and the couches were a bit questionable as to cleanliness.

We did have a small issue with a smoke detector beeping at random, seemingly caused by the steam from the bathroom shower?, but maintenance arrived immediately to fix this.

I really wanted to like this hotel more because the staff were all so polite but, unfortunately, I won't be...

We stayed for two nights in a first floor room. We picked the motel as they accepted dogs ($75/night for a dog). They also charged a $150 deposit that you don't get back without a delay. We were not satisfied. We stayed in room #105. It had a bad odor from the floors, sink and bathroom. There were only enough towels for one person and only one bar of soap. There was no blanket on the bed...only a bedspread that was synthetic and too hot and a sheet. The room was obviously old and had a bad odor. The bed was comfortable but small. We requested a blanket and were given one with a large stain in the middle so we had to have another provided. There were no amenities such as you usually find in other motels. The soap provided was in dispensers on the wall in the shower (all were either empty or almost so) which made washing anywhere but in the shower difficult. They advertised morning breakfast. We found primarily cold cereal, bagels that had to be heated and not much else...certainly not what we expected. We were provided with only one roll of toilet paper and had to go to the front desk to get another. The front desk does not answer the phone at night as it's always busy. The alley behind our room was busy with cars and people most of the night and is the entrance and exit for a fast food place adjacent to the motel. The hallway smelled of dog urine near our door. The lobby looks nice but if the room we were in is an example of other rooms, they do not reflect what you see when you walk into the lobby. Two nights in a row, we had people throwing balls for their dogs right at our bedroom window...at midnight...causing our dog to begin barking. I'm typing this just after arriving home after our visit. I would not recommend this...
