Horrible Customer service. Cashiers are so unpleasant and seem to be in a bad mood! Very weird! Inevitably the cashiers are busy on their phones. Either talking, texting or watching videos! Management needs to train them well... Earlier last year I had purchased some sweets packs.. but when we tasted them, they smelt of Burnt milk. All the packs with Milk product had the same smell. I obviously returned all the packs even through they tried to convince me.to buy other sweet packs but I didn't.

Update: When I came home I noticed that they charged me twice for the same thing (thanks to the Not Attention Paying Cashier)... I went back in a few days and told the person at the Cashier's spot about being Double charged. She was polite & apologetic and gave me a refund. Hence I will give 2 stars...

Disappointing experience.

They are very disorganized; they don't know where to keep things and are very rude.

Basic manners if you want to run a grocery store: Keep baskets at the entrance. Don't expect customers to run around to find a basket or a cart? Are you giving free stuff here? You don't like working, why are you here? Don't pass comments right on customers back; thinking customers don't understand Telugu or some other native language you speak. Some Indian customers from urban backgrounds can interpret up to 6 languages. Grow up from the small mental nutshell world that you live in.

I went there for an instacart order. When you walk in, you smell all the spice. And that smells great! This store has a ton of quality products for being as small as it is. Since this is not a location I normally do orders in, I'm going to assume the store manager decided to help out. I actually handed him my phone and he helped me get the last of the items and gave me recommended replacement items. The only issue I have with the store is locating price tags, it's a little difficult at times considering how much product he has within it. The produce were missing tags. They were in the middle of receiving and stocking so a lot was going on. I give this store a 5 star rating based on customer service and how well stocked...
