It was the most worthless trip I have ever encountered to a store that indicates they have the item I wanted in stock only to find out that the store staff had no idea where it was. The customer service staff was less than helpful. They could only look at their computer and comment that the online inventory was wrong as they indicated they had 3 not 2. Only one garden staff employee took the time to go and search for the item. The rest gave the impression that they could care less. As a result Home Depot lost out on the purchase of two other items I intended to buy. I had been prepared to spend close to $100.00 in your store but I took my business elsewhere due to the overall lack of customer support and a system that is truly broken.
