Since Iāve moved to this area About two years ago when I just moved I went to the post office and complain about my mail going in other peoples mailbox after changing the locks three times the supervisor at the time told me thereās nothing they can do because thereās no permanent mail delivery carrier there now I started requesting pick ups from my home A few weeks ago at first I had no problem then twice no one showed up at my house and got emails confirmation that they picked up the packages and it wasnāt picked up now today May 30, 2019 a female Carrier came to my home kept on saying her slip says four packages Iām trying to explain to her after 2 AM you cannot change anything online so thereās nothing I can do she kept on saying OK I donāt care Then took a couple of the boxes because I was helping her taking them out she dropped some on the ground Behind her truck I called the Post Office and spoke to the supervisor his name is Marcus Told him what happen she came back here yelling at me I called him back and he basically said I was irate to her which she Started yelling then I started yelling and I have it on video he told me if I have a problem with the carrier I should start dropping them off myself remember this was my first time having a problem with the carrier here that picks up my packages When our current mail carrier is on vacation Iāve gone to this Post Office a couple times and I can tell you this much the only persons Iāve ever encountered that Has always been very respectful and very professional is Janet and our new mail carrier he is so nice his name is Brian I wish people were like them you donāt have to be rude or nasty to get your job done just to be courteous and professional if you can be that things will run smoothly with no problems Also the other mail carrier I encountered Thatās always nice is Charmaine unfortunately everybody Wonāt be respectful Courteous or professional I donāt think the supervisor knows what heās doing he sent the woman back to my home which I thought was a little crazy when I heard my doorbell ringing twice I had my phone in my hand and I hit record because I wasnāt sure What she was capable of when a customer complain about a carrier common sense should tell you you need to talk to her let her know whatās going on and give her a warning but she came back yelling I even have her on tape pointing her finger at me wow how professional is that unfortunately not everyone is going to like their job or enjoy doing it not sure if this woman had a bad day or what the deal was but I donāt think I would ever want to encounter her again it was a...

I always work with shipping carriers as much as USPS. Always pre-paid labeled ready to ship. When their box is full or out of service they won't accept my packages. They want to me wait in long line. I just need only drop off. I don't need receipts or scan. They have to just pick my packages. I offered if you don't take it I can drop off your shipping cart or desk etc. But they said no so what am I supposed to do for this bunch of ready to ship packages. If you don't accept that why are you working there. What's your job ? Why are you staying there ? If you don't takes packages. So I'm dropping labeled packaged and you have to just pick up drop off that's it. They seems like don't want to work. Also there is another mailing boxes they said for letters "especially for this brach" (other branchs is accept everything) my packages enough to fit. They don't accept also. When I dropped off in this box he is bring it from back, oh wow did you see you can bring it back but you can't accept really !!. Because of this branch I have to go other branch takes my extra 1 hour. This BRANCH IS AWFUL. I'm worked with other USPS branches for a long time. Only this one makes a problem accepting pre-paid labeled packages. First time happen....

I now have changed my mind after several times seeing an employee named Kirk be rude to other customers, and myself, and my fiancĆ©. This man has purposely now singled out my fiancĆ© and states in front of a manager today and says, āI am not helping himā after the manager asked him to scan in a manifest. We do all the work at home with label purchases and we spend thousands of dollars each month on USPS. This Kirk guy has done it to his coworkers, other customers and now he has a vendetta for us in particular. Iām not even sure if he is fit for work with the general public at this point with no control of his feelings or abilities to contain himself. We go there 4-5 days a week and now we are going to start looking into a FedEx contract with us being commercial and needing to ship so much. We are very disappointed in this place and the management has witnessed this both times and neglected to act on it. Like is this guy holding something over both managers...? Why in the world wonāt they control their employees? There is a few good guys here, mainly the one we really appreciate is Gerard. He is kind, helpful, and displays what I would expect for the USPS. Please USPS help get rid of this...
