Brunish Theatre — Attraction in Portland

Because I can't find a place to review the show.. I'm writing it here for all to see. "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown" WAS THE BEST SHOW!!! I laughed... I cried for Charlie Brown... I danced in my seat and swayed my arms in the air. I cheered along. I laughed so hard it made my make up run. Tomorrow is the last show and if you can run out and get a ticket I would say do it. The theatre is small but it's a great venue for this show. BRAVO to the amazing cast who played each character to a tee.

This is not the best theater space. It doesn't really have great acoustics. The performances I've seen here we're pretty good. I've seen two shows put on by Stumptown stages. The last was Evita and really honestly they bit off a little more than they could chew. It's just too small of a space to do a really big musical like that. It only seats 145 people and the seats aren't built in. They're practically glorified folding chairs. But the actors make...

I enjoyed the venue except for the folding chairs. These chairs are a bit too small for a plus size adult. I had a metal pole of the chair back jabbing into my hip and buttock for 90 minutes while watching the performance. No bueno! The Portland 5 staff and security were friendly and helpful. Expect street parking to be challenging even on a slow day. Parking...
