Morgan & Morgan — Local services in Portland

...imIn 2020 I filed taxes with HR BLOCK and I got my taxes back along with my PUA money...I ended up getting money back that significantly helped me out alot... Steve that did my taxes I ended up paying $165-$200 to HR Block... the most I've ever payed to get my taxes done...I didn't mind since I was getting paid alot between PUA and the taxes...but the following year had Steve from HR BLOCK prepare them for me again but this time got nothing back...that put me in such a bind...i wasn't able to get my license back to drive... excuse me at this point I get very emotional and I start crying like a big baby...I think mainly bcuz I'm embarrassed....my constitutional rights have been violated multiple times .... I really don't know what else to say except people that were able to do TurboTax and do their own taxes had no problems getting them back but when you pay $165-$200 to HR Block and started to get this bad feeling that I was gonna have a hardtime getting my refund back...well enuf said at this point...can't shake this feeling this gonna end up upon...

Very pleasant, and helpful. Time 11:50 AM 10/17/2023. The feelings that I have now for Morgan & Morgan are completely polarized now. I received a call from a newly assigned case developer, she asked me if I knew that my case was dropped, she told me that, that is not how they do things at Morgan & Morgan, and that the previous case developer had dropped the ball, and she was going to expedite my case and see it through herself. I did not here from her again and I called her back, but I was no longer able to speak to her, and they dropped me and I do not have a income I can barely walk, I have worked all my life, I was discriminated against Just fired for falling down in my bosses yard while bringing him time sheets on my on time and my gas, I have witnesses. I trusted this case as well with Morgan & Morgan and have heard nothing, for these reasons I degrade them to one star for the lawyers that have a heart. I State this is true...

i’m so disappointed that they refused work with me for owcp who denied me twice for my case (injury at my usps job) and was told this company is wonderful and helps people with owcp cases so i decided to contact them and told me they cannot work with my owcp case, without says explanation why and they referred me to another company.

again, i literally lost my faith with this morgan & morgan.

do not contact them for your owcp cases, because they aren’t being fair to all of us.

i am willing to change this review if you decide to take...
