Probably the rudest people i’ve had to encounter in a long time. No customer service whatsoever treated me like I was nonexistent. Couldn’t even look at me when I was talking to them, told me if I wanted to pre-order I could do so from their social media but didn’t have the time to tell me what their social media was just said “look it up” all around not impressed what so ever would recommend not going and wasting your time, better off going to Walmart

Response: To your Hilarious reply of a lie, there were only two employees in that store so where were you? The woman was rude, embracive, and entitled. “Which I’m guessing was you!” The guy was quiet and passive, And you had the feeling I was going to give you a bad review because you treated me poorly, and gave me inferior service! Interesting how that works! You’re honestly gaslighting me!! No one greeted me upon entering the shop! I was very quiet walked around looking at the products after the two previous customers left. I then walked up to the counter, asked for the product I was looking for, you told me it was sold out, but I could pre-order it on your social media. I then asked what your social media was. You told me to, “look it up..” you did not tell me the name of the store I left, did not raise my voice. Matter of fact I Didn’t even say anything to you after you told me to “just look it up.” You’re beyond delusional. And don’t worry about me coming back to your so-called business or anybody else for that matter because I’m definitely posting this response on my social media along with the video I recorded while I was in there to post on TikTok to shout you out, but how the tables have turned. And I was shaking my head due to what you said and your entitlement!

There are no words to explain the wonderful experience that I had with Christine, the owner of Azar Indulgences ! My daughter spent her birthday in Oregon and being that I live in California, I wanted to send her some thing such as a cake or a dessert to her hotel room but wasn’t sure what to send. The hotel advised me that I should reach out to Azar Indulgences and a left Christine a message to reach out to me. Christine contacted me and was immediately super helpful. I explained to her that my daughter was vegan and I wasn’t sure what I wanted to send her especially since I’ve never been to Oregon. Not only did she give me several ideas but she took it upon herself to go to a nearby bakery and get my daughter a vegan cupcake as well as set up an appointment for my daughter to go into her shop and pick out whatever chocolates she wanted. On the day of my daughters birthday, she personally delivered the cupcake with a lit candle and a birthday card to my daughters hotel room because I couldn’t be there. I was on FaceTime with my daughter when she arrived. It was truly one of the most special moments I’ve ever received from a business. I couldn’t believe the amount of time that she took out of her day to do this for my daughter. My daughter went into her shop later that day and hand-picked several different vegan chocolate items. I stopped in very quickly about 8:30 am knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase as a thank you gift for my attorney whom I was meeting with at 9 am. I was greeted promptly & kindly, excellent costumer service, I mentioned a couple details I knew of for the item I was looking for that I saw on their website & the owner grabbed it for me & offered to gift wrap, as well as inquired as to what kind of treat I would like to try personally! Since I was on a time crunch I unfortunately couldn’t look around but my experience was perfect. I left with exactly what I needed with still 25 minutes or so to spare to walk a few more blocks to my attorneys office, feeling much better about a meeting I was anxious about since I was prepared with a nice thank you gift to show my appreciation, I am not very good with words so I relied on fine chocolate to do the heavy lifting.

I will definitely be coming back for when I need a nice gift & surely for myself as they have great vegan options!
