La Fleur Nail & Spa — Attraction in Portland

I wanted a very easy design plain short nails with one having glitter over the top. I let the tech know multiple times that I did not like what the shape or the length of the nails and she kept reassuring me that they would get to where I wanted them to be. The tech (who I believe to be the manager) working next to her kept peeking over and talking with her. I continued to ask for them to be changed until she started painting them, and then I was so defeated I just wanted to leave. I ended up going to my normal place in Vancouver, and she said that the tech had used the incorrect nail size however she was able to file and drill the nails down to look a lot more like my inspiration picture. When I called La Fleur the manager told me that I should have asked for them to be changed, and wouldn't acknowledge that I had multiple times, and she was sitting right next to us listening. TERRIBLE customer service, felt rushed and like they were just trying to get to the next walk in customers... Terrible job, terrible customer service, and I would never...

If you are looking for quality and respect, Do NOT go HERE. My sister spent $220 dollars on her nails ans toes including her friend. Their nails were messy, uneven, and bumpy. Her nail artist complained how he just wanted to go home and after the whole situation they decline her card. Made her sit there while i walked to an atm to pull all the cash out. She cried all night because of how bad her nails were but as well as how much she paid for them. When she called them to see if they could redo them, they refused to refund her the money but still took off her nails without redoing them. They made her sit outside in the sun while waiting because she was frustrated due to anxiety. This place is WRONG, with unprofessional people. I had a great experience here initially, but the busier they got the less they seemed to care about my nails. Towards the end of getting a full set done, a new group of 5 customers came in. They were told a 30 minute wait and agreed to it. Not even 5 minutes later, the woman doing my nails gets up and starts prepping for all 5 people to get work done - mind you, all other techs were also busy. She keeps going back and forth between me and this group, losing focus on doing my nails well fast. By the end of it, she had passed off my nails completely to another person to finish while she went and did someone's eyebrows. My nails do not look right, you can tell it was rushed. I went in a week ago and they already look awful (not they they ever looked great to begin with).
