Very very loud space with only thin curtains and wooden dividers to separate groups. Come prepared to yell over the other groups, and don't try to bring that issue up: they support the loudest group, not the ones with hearing disabilities. One of our players wears hearing aids and we were literally told that we would just have to find a different place to play.

We were also told we were being "rude" to staff when the staff interrupted a mental health episode one of our group was having due to a DV/loss of housing situation.

We offered sincere apologies and offered to make amends or changes, all of which were roundly rejected with no investigation or hearing of both sides. No warning. No understanding or compassion.
