This is a beautiful walk, offering a great way to explore the city's waterfront, take in the scenic beauty of the Willamette River, and enjoy the various parks and landmarks along the way. The trail begins at the Steel Bridge in the north and ends at the Marquam Bridge in the south, providing access to several parks, landmarks, and attractions. Some notable spots along the trail include Tom McCall Waterfront Park, the Portland Saturday Market, and the Oregon Maritime Museum.

We needed to walk off our Voodoo Doughnut that we just devoured, so we took a walk. We found ourselves walking down the waterfront along the trail. It was a very nice walk along the river. There were kids playing in the water fountains, but there was also a large homeless population nearby. There were areas with lots of trash and people just hanging out that made my son feel uncomfortable. It seems to be ok if we just stayed close to the river, so that's what we did.

Aside from all the tweakers it’s a really nice place. Especially when the fair is going on. That’s when we went last. Extremely over priced though. Cheap admission with EBT card but nothing in there is budget friendly. Unfortunately it feels like a slap to the face for people who are financially struggling that just want to make their kids day fun.

This is a great, scenic trail that takes you along the Eastbank, over the Steel Bridge, and along the Waterfront Park. It’s lovely going under and over bridges and walking alongside the Willamette River. A lot of effort had been made to add to the aesthetic value with artistic flourishes and it paid off. As with a lot of the other city trails, you can see plenty of homeless camps and the occasional campfire but when we went out you could at least still walk on the...
