In February, early March 2020, I was referred to Jeremiah by another attorney who dealt with bigger life/death MVA cases than my minor personal injury MVA. I wasn't sure if it was worth anyone's time with the case. My interesting case involved an uninsured international driver, uninsured rental vehicle, vehicle registered in different state, weird and untraceable answers pretty much. My insurance company wasn't doing much investigation themselves. Jeremiah took on my case. Bless him and his assistant's heart, working through COVID. It was difficult to get into the doctors, specialists for services. My insurance company tried to settled a couple of times but we declined. For the 2 year period, Jeremiah's patience, knowledge/expertise, recommendations, and suggestions kept me grounded through the long awaited process. After many western and eastern medicine sessions, I ended up having a shoulder surgery from the MVA in December 2022, missing quite a bit of time from work with recovery. In August 2023, almost 2.5 years after my accident, we finally settled with a judge in mediation.

All I can say is that besides working with my divorce mediation attorney, Jeremiah was beyond patient, professional, and sincere. One of the best human beings I ever came across, especially during a rather difficult time of my life being a single mom of 2. What I learned from this experience is that not all attorneys are out to get your money.

I had purchased a used car in April 2014, the car was broken already but i didn't know that until the next morning the freeway (finally got above 60 mph which i couldn't do at the test drive due to traffic and the sales guy not wanting to put gas in the car,even though the light was on) when I was on my way out of town. from then on it was a nightmare with the "Dealership".
