My son has been a member of this gym for 4 years. We have had a couple issues that have been mostly addressed during this time, but this last issue really was ridiculous, and the way the dark hair gentleman handled it was worth spending time to complain about. We were part of the open gym-home school class on Wednesday. During the summer and holidays we had made arrangements, (financial) for a neighbor kid to attend the classes with my son. This arrangement has never been a problem all through the summer, fall break, different holidays until recently. I walked in with the 2 boys and a new girl was upfront. So I explained the situation and she said she needed to check with management, but she didn't think this would be a problem. We brought in the normal agreed upon amount for him to attend. The open gym ended and the home school class started and they decided that the amount we had always been paying was not enough and that the price was going to be more than doubled to attend the 1 hour class. He didn't have the money so they had him sit out. My son called me to come pick them both up because his friend was sad and felt weird to be there. So I came to get them both. I have paid the full month for my son to attend, so I had to have him leave the class I had paid for. I packed them both in the car and a dark haired man was there. I was trying to explain the problem to him, and he didn't care. I told him that I understood if policy had changed, but do to the situation he should have stood by his original agreement and next time I would know. I also explained that the day before Thanksgiving to make a kid feel so embarrassed to sit out because he didn't have enough money was really sad. He would not listen to me at all and just kept saying - have a nice day, see you later, bye bye and interrupting me and not listening to what I had to say. It was rude, embarrassing and frankly childish of him to act this way to a customer. I asked him to delete my account, but I was charged for December. Don't expect customer service here, at least from him. I'm pretty sure he was a manager. Go...

My kids absolutely love coming here—not only do they learn cool gymnastics skills, but the coaches also make sure they’re learning about goal setting, determination, and bouncing back when things get tough. Arizona Dreams Gymnastics is an exceptional place where kids not only learn the fundamentals of gymnastics but also develop important life skills. The coaches here are truly outstanding—they focus on fostering a love for the sport while supporting the kids as individuals. Read moreA thousand stars for toddler time! My kids (3.5 and 1.5) had the BEST time. Everything was really safe and easy for them to access, and I felt like they were able to roam really freely without me worrying. They had such a good time exploring the equipment and testing things out. The facility is huge and the space is used very efficiently. There were some fall break camps and preschool classes going on, but there’s so much room that we never felt crowded or like we had to wait to do something. The employees were very kind and patient with my son who likes to wander and get into things. (And they had a really stellar playlist going, at least according to this millennial!) Would absolutely recommend!! Toddler time is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10-12 according to the website, and we paid $20 cash (I believe it’s more if you pay with card. I do feel like the price is a bit steep, but I imagine that the insurance alone on this place is probably astronomical, so I was okay paying it.)...
