RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!!! My elderly neighbor who is in the hospital did an online order for their seasonal tamales She sent me to pick up her order to bring home to freeze till she gets out. I thought I'd go through the drive through They said that there was no order in, so for me to park and come in. In the meantime, I called my neighbor for the order number & she couldn't pull it up again So when I finally got to the girl at the register, I explained what was going on She too told me that I would need the number I told her that my neighbor couldn't get it pulled up and that I told her to cancel the online order if she could, and that I would just order it again while I was there and pay for it. She started to ring it up. That's when the first rude employee came over and said that without the order number they couldn't fill it. I said we've passed that dilemma and that I was ordering it again. He got more rude and louder and said the same thing. We can't fill the order without the order number. That's when the second rude employee started yelling the same thing from the food prep area. 4 times I explained what was going to happen 4 times they tried being... whatever So I told the first guy, Don't worry I'm going to just deal with her, because she knows what's going on and will get it taken care of. Then, 3 times the first rude employee kept trying to get me to cancel the order, get my money back and leave. I said no ill just wait. Then the guy at the drive through window asked if I wanted fries. No thanks I'm good. The one that kept causing problems, continued with it'll take an hour to make the tamales because we're out. I said ok 10 minutes later, again, it'll take am hour, 15 minutes later, again, it'll take an hour. I asked him the first time you said an hour was X-number of minutes ago. He retorted with, well the water hasn't started to boil yet. I have never eaten there I will never eat there Also a side note, when the employees are being handed bags of "candy" across the counter and start to eat it while they are on the food prep line working, and only stop to change their gloves because someone saw them... Read moreI have yet to have a good experience at this location, from extremely subpar service to have yet have an order be fully correct, inwas hoping today was going to be the visit to turn things around and keep me coming back. Sad to say it was far from it. After pulling in and putting in my assumed simple order of 2 del beef burritos, 3 chicken rollers and a large drink, it took 20 minutes to get from the order box to the window, where I sat for another 20 minutes before anyone even approached the window for me to pay or let me know what was going on. While sitting there I saw 4 different employees walking around, talking, looking over and making eye contact before walking away, never once even acknowledging I was there. The 5th employee, woman with glasses and brown hair. the only one I ever saw actually working, who I wished I got her name, finally made it out of the back while still taking orders. She was finally the only who opened the window, told me just that they were still cooking the chicken. After this long I asked if it was still going to take time to just drop them from the order, and then magically from the back after she asked now they were done. Another 5 minutes later I finally got my order. I understand supply chain issues and running out if things if an item is proving to be more popular than others, but after years in customer facing jobs, I can't let it go that out of 4 employees, only 1 of them actually worked, talked to the guest and tried to explain anything. Extremely disappointed in this location and the level of customer service that they have deemed acceptable. The woman who was taking orders and finally talked to me I feel for, im sure she was taking it from other customers, otherwise I'd suggest letting the rest of that shift go and try again but honestly I don't think ill...
Read moreAs always, rude service, out of products which this time was eggs when those are clearly cook to order because they take 2 min max to make, last time they were closed for 30 min because they were out of chicken n beef which takes like 5-7 min to cook n there was literally NO ONE in the drive thru, n 1 car trying to get into the dining room which apparently they've decided to close as of lately, my guess is because they can't keep help due to horrible management that has been an ongoing issue for YEARS but corporate doesn't seem to care because people will keep going (like myself) since it's the only local del taco😔 oh n the last time I went n they were closed for 30 min, when I went back the chicken was so old n hard that I threw away 2 or of the 3 grilled chicken tacos I had ordered, I had to eat 1 because I hadn't eaten all day n I was on 3 out of the 4 grocery stores I had to go to n it was already about 6:30 p.m. I can't tell you a million stories about how horrible this establishment is when I have never done that about any place bc I ran restaurants for 10 years n understand were all human n make mistakes, but it doesn't matter what you say about this place, it will never change so all I can suggest is AVOID THEM WHENEVER YOU CAN! That's what I do but I also have kids that really want to go there so I do what I can🤷♀️ sadly I've paid 5x the amount to take them to a restaurant just to avoid the hassle of terrible food n my order ALWAYS being messed up😔 I really wish I had something better to say because I take pride in taking the time to complement establishments since people rarely take the time to do that, but I've never had a good experience there n unfortunately that will never change🥺 good luck to all that go n I pray you don't get...
