MY FRIENDS ALWAYS TELL ME SHOP CATOS SO I GAVE IT A TRY. THERE CLOTHES ARE NICE AND GOOD PRICES OVER ALL. I WAS GREATED SOMEONE YELLED FROM THE BACK AND I THOUGHT OK LOL . I HAD TO ASK FOR HELP I EXPLAINED WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND WHERE O HAD ALREADY LOOKED. SHE DID NOT OFFER TO HELP SAID WE HAVE A FEW . THEN I FOUND A FEW THINGS O WENT TO CHANGING ROOM WHERE SHE HAD LET SOMEONE IN. I ASK HER MAY I TRY THESE ON. IT WAS THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD IN A LONG TIME. I DID MAKE A PURCHASE OF JEWELRY. I THOUGHT MAYBE I WASN'T DRESSED WELL ENOUGH FOR HELP. I THOUGHT I WONDER IF THEY EVER WATCHED PRETTY WOMAN WHERE THEY TREAT HER SO BAD. NO MATTER YOUR COLOR YOUR DRESS EVERYONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED GOOD. I DECIDED I WILL GO BACK MAUBE IT WAS A BAD...

The manager has very poor customer service and is just flat out rude and shouldn't be allowed to manage a store with no customer service. I Went in to make a return and the manager saw me and didn't even acknowledge me, probably because she was upset I was making a return becAuse when I made the purchase the other day her attitude was way different. Also had to go back out to my car to get my purse and when I walked back to the store she was outside cleaning the windows. She didn't even say hello or open the door for me like any manager with sense would do for a customer. Sad that she had to act Snobby i was making a return to the store because now she just lost me as a customer. Won't be shopping...

I must have hit a bad day for sales staff. I was the only one in the store. Only asked once if I needed help after being there for awhile. One associate friendly but the one who waited on me seemed irritated by anything I said or asked. When she was ringing up my purchase she refused to speak to me and would ring up an item, turn her back and mark stuff or talk with other associate, then ring up another item. This kept going on until I asked her to please pay attention and get me checked out. She did so finally and then refused to say thank you or goodbye when I did. The whole point of shopping in store rather than online is the fun and experience. So no more...
