There's alot you can do here and the location is surrounded by the mall, Natural Grocers, Wells Fargo w/ drive thru ATM, Elizabeth St, Target and within a few blocks from the movie theater and Walmart, Sam's Club, Home Depot, New Horizons very large fairly new built store, Lowe's, BigLots, Kuans Kitchen for amazing Asian food, CSU, Rentacenter and so much more. Excellent location. But in this little plaza there's a pizza place, salon, dollar store, game store, professional offices, King Soopers. The Tuesday Morning store unfortunately closed as they closed all locations in Colorado and not sure if there's a new business there yet. Kato Fashions also isn't there any more and I don't think they exist any more, so that kindof knocked out alot of shopping but at least you can still get groceries and misc dollar tree items. There's alot of parking with the King Soopers lot having the auto announcement to lock your cars and not leave valuables in it which is a little odd since it goes off at least every 15 minutes and makes it seem like a pretty sketchy area. It is a bit run down where I don't think it's maintained as it should be, could use a good cleaning. There are a few homeless people hanging around daily but from what I've seen they don't even ask for anything, they just stay quiet and sit there awhile then leave. There's alot of cops driving by just because of the location, and I've never heard of much crime right there so really they could probably go without the announcement, but I guess it serves as a good reminder of what you should regularly do when out and about. There are I believe 4 entrances/ exits from the street which helps...
Read moreI visited this store at approximately 11:00 am. The store is kept clean. There is disinfected wipes available to wipe your cart, and a hand sanitizer dispenser. My only issue with this store is the merchandising plan. Walmart doesn't keep a stable plan. Meaning they reorganize the food to different aisles, which makes it difficult to find items. If you download the Walmart app, you can open it and type in what you need, and it will give you the aisle location; for example relish aisle A-6. With the app under services, you can tap on the bar code to scan prices. The bathroom was cIean and soap and paper towels were available. I like the convenient self check out sometimes it's cards only. But most of the time there's a few check outs available for cash or cards. You can also use the food health benefit card assigned by United Health care. You select the credit/debit payment then scan the bar code on the back of the card. The customer service at the checkout is friendly and helpful if needed. The store was moderately busy, but there wasn't a wait at the self checkout. This Walmart is at a...
Read moreThis is a review of the parking lot, not the businesses! I am 76 years old. I tripped after stepping off the curb in front of UPS Store ( a great store!). I was simply stepping off the curb to get back in my car and couldn't see a huge pothole along side my car door. It was not on the side I got out of, so didn't notice it when I got out. It happened fast! I tripped in the hole and went down HARD on my knees. It was bad. The pain was unbelievable on the rough torn-up asphalt. I got a deep cut in the palm of my hand from a small loose piece of asphalt. Both knees were torn up and bleeding. My pants tore right through the fabric from the impact. A young man helped me get up. It could have been so much worse. I didn't need stitches and nothing seems to be broken or sprained, but I am limping and bruised a week later. My knees both still hurt now, a week later. Oddly, I saw another person trip in the same hole before I went into the store, but didn't realize the significance at the time.
I hope the parking lot gets some attention soon before a real tragedy happens! This just...
