I recently dined at a Chinese restaurant in Pueblo, and I must say it was an unpleasant experience. The food quality left much to be desired, and I regretted my decision to step foot inside.
The sesame chicken was a disappointment. It arrived at the table soggy and tasteless, lacking the crispy texture and flavorful glaze that I expected.
But the real horror came when I was served shrimp with their eyes intact. Yes, you read that correctly. These beady-eyed crustaceans stared back at me, mocking my life choices.
When I politely mentioned my dissatisfaction to the lady or owner, she responded. "You should have ordered something else," she said, as if my taste buds were to blame for this culinary catastrophe.
To add insult to injury, the bill arrived—a hefty $15 for a meal I barely touched. I couldn't help but question her about the exorbitant charge. Her response? A dismissive wave of the hand. "You should have picked something else," she repeated, as if that solved everything.
In summary, this restaurant's food was a disaster, the service was apathetic, and my wallet was lighter. I left feeling defeated, vowing never to return. If you're ever in Pueblo, steer clear of this place—unless, of course, you enjoy soggy sesame chicken and unappetizing...
Read moreWe just finished eating there and we LOVED IT! We’ve ordered delivery through DoorDash a handful of times and today we felt like dining in and couldn’t have been more blown away. I’ve always enjoyed getting the $12.99 Combo with Lo Mein and 2 proteins of choice. Simply because I get the best of both worlds and the flavors are WAY BETTER than most Asian restaurants in town. Not to mention the prices I feel are very reasonable for what you get. We sat and ate and felt like we didn’t even make a dent in our plates! I also highly recommend trying their teas/smoothies, we’ve tried both fruit teas and milk teas and loved them all! I also really wanted to write this review because the lady who took care of us (who I assume is the owner) was ABSOLUTELY so sweet and made the experience that much more enjoyable! There was lots of people coming in and out for orders and I understand why! Definitely will be back soon to try their seafood boils because they looked amazing and I don’t know any other place in town that offers them! With all that said, I definitely say go and you won’t be disappointed! We are big foodies and have tried a lot and can be quite particular and this is definitely my new go to for quality Asian and would consider it...
