I have never ever had so many problems with a company other than Target. June 30th 2016 Day 1. I was trying to order shirts for my nephews and my niece and when I was ready to pay it declined my card. So naturally I call my card Institution to ask why it's not taking my payment they said there's no reason it shouldn't go through and to call Target. So I call target and they said it's declining my payment because they're switching to a new system. They said wait 24 hours to see if that helps. Day 2 it still doesn't work. (F.Y.I I needed these shirts by a certain date) so I called Target and they said they would work on it and call again tomorrow. Day 3 I called again and I was on the phone with the representative for almost 2 hours, she lost the order and had to rebuild it again, one of the shirts i ordered was out of stock now so i had to choose another one, she'd send a confirmation email (never got one), said she'd express ship the items and credit the account later, (never did) somehow my $50 order turned into 2 different charges on my account for a total of over $80, she also said she'd send a $15 gift card from target for my frustration (never got it). A couple days later my order comes in and one of the shirts has a hole in it! Almost a month later and Still no credit on my account for the express shipping so today I call Target customer service and they have absolutely no record of anything and said there was nothing...
   Read moreThis Target smells pretty bad. Like nasty potpourri or chemicals mixed with coffee grounds. No fresh produce section. Cashiers are not couponer friendly, and are too strict on price matching from their device. Customer service center also doesn’t care to help customers save money. Multiple times they act like I’m trying to steal whereas I’m just trying to save some money. Does price matching or taking a coupon really affect these cashiers lives when they go home? If I had the ability to make someone’s day by helping them without hurting the multimillion a year store, why not? I understand that customers are all people like me. I’ve held back from writing a review but after years of the same occurring difficulties, that I don’t experience at other Targets outside of this district, I’m tired of not being treated helpfully and welcome like family. More than once have I been followed by uniformed & undercover security throughout the store. For what? I don’t know, I’ve never stolen. I’m sad, let’s treat others like family. HOPE. to spend all of my hard earned american us dollars on random items that i could live without and do not need but put in my cart anyway and come home with 8 bags when i went in for tampons alone.
