Body Jewelry Plus — Attraction in Puyallup

I had my lip pierced here on Saturday (first facial piercing ever) don’t get me wrong the place was clean staff was friendly and all that issue was the piercer put in a very short bar for my already rather plump bottom lip and swelled a decent amount over night it pretty much went from swelling to damn near embedded in two and half days, I called there and was coming in to get it changed said the piercer would be there till 8 I got a call as I was leaving that she had to leave early ( not really an issue I get it people have lives, families plans etc ) I was told she left the longer bar for me to get if I wanted which I agreed but was corrected by my friend that I really shouldn’t change it myself because of how bad it was, not to mention it pierced at a decent angle instead of straight through 🤷‍♂️ I have horrible anxiety and panic disorder so this first time left me pretty shook up I wound up going somewhere else to basically be told “we need to take it out, let it heal and come back” so that’s what I did I had it taken out and the relief after was incredible so I don’t think I’ll ever come here again for anything other...

Very, very unpleasant experience with tattoo artist Jeremy. My friend and I made a consultation appointment with him and we both showed him pictures of the images we wanted. He then went on his computer and printed off two different pictures to trace. When my friend asked him to change a few small things on her tracing, he made the argument that it was close enough. Then, the picture he printed off for my tattoo was completely different than the one I showed him and when I asked him to make it look like my image, he asked why I had him working on the other one when he's the one that printed it off. He then snatched the paper from me and said I shouldn't piss off my artist before he tattoos me. I did NOT appreciate the threat and I don't understand why he wouldn't just use the picture I showed him. How could he get mad like it was my fault he didn't listen to my request? I'm not gonna pay some jerk to stain my body with an image I don't like. Will not...

I've been going to the Puyallup BJP for almost four years now, I've gotten piercings, tattoos, and this is where I get all my jewelry. I don't go anywhere else. I got my first tattoo from them right after I turned 18, the first guy I went to was named Brandon. He did a great job but he left the shop before my last session with him, inconvenient but the manager agreed to finish my tattoo for free. Great customer service experience, and I've stayed loyal. My new guy, Devin, is fantastic. I got writing on my ribs, an Ankh on my neck, the USS Enterprise on my shoulder, and I have a sleeve in progress. Devin is a fantastic artist, but he's an even greater person. He's always so friendly and I'll never go anywhere else. He's fast, precise, and talented.
