Batteries Plus — Attraction in Queen Creek

Ordered a battery for my motorcycle and came during normal hours to pick up during normal business hours. All locked up and no notes saying that they are returning shortly or anything. Weekend project now on hold. This is the second time in 10 days I have been here and the door has been locked during normal business hours but at least the last time there was a note that said the guy was taking a break. This franchise location will not be here very long as it appears they have a reputation for this behavior even though open for a very short time. Had an appointment to repair cracked screen on my phone through my insurance. Showed up and the girl with rude demeanor working the counter came around corner with an attitude like she was being bothered. I told her I was dropping off phone for repair and she looks up my info then just leaves to the back without saying a word to me and comes back with we don’t have that screen part and needed more approval from my insurance to allow them to use another part which made no sense. I ordered a battery for my golf cart from the Queen Creek Batteries Plus store. Shortly after my order was placed, I received a call from Josh asking me if it was okay to order a new battery for me because the one they had on the Shelf was over six months old. Of course I said it was okay and he said it would be in by Friday. It was actually in the store by Wednesday, 2 days early! Josh could have easily went and sold me the 6 month old battery and it would have never been noticed by me.
