Been in this location many times and every time I've been disappointed...I found a bed pillow I loved but needed 2...the only had 1...so I asked a store associate if they could see if they had another one and I just wasn't seeing it or another store..etc..she said umm ya we would have to call another store then walked away..okkkk so I bought the pillow and got home and called the other store and did the research myself. Well while I was there I bought the pillow and a gift for a little girls bday party, I got home and tore the price tag off the girls gift, we'll we ended up not being able to make it to the party so I put the sticker back on and returned it...the cash register young man I think looked over the horse toy like 5 times and asked if I took the price tag off where I said yes...I didn't feel as if I needed to explain anything to him...the price tag was on, the toy was unopened I literally had it less than 24 hours and I had reciept... I got nothing but attitude from him...anyways just wanted to share my experience the last month at...

I love the merchandise I bought but the service was awful. I bought a large pot and was having difficulty lifting it to the check out and asked if the cord would stretch and the clerk just gave me a disgusted look so I did my best to lift it out. Then she informed me that I had to check out the holiday things separate from the regular item. That was fine. I bought two very fragile picture frames and a sequined table runner. She slammed the pictures frames on top of each other and when I grabbed one and said, I would rather have them wrapped separately so that they didn’t break she looked at me like I was nuts. Then she flopped the sequined table runner on the counter. Luckily nothing tore off. Then she asked me a question and because I am hard of Hearing and she had a giant wad of gum in her mouth, I didn’t understand and asked her to repeat herself. Again, she acted like I was some kind of an anomaly. I RARELY give poor reviews and will not mention her name but it will be a long time before I shop at the Queen Creek...

I enjoy coming here to find pieces for our various rooms in the house. I kike buying pet toys from here as they are always cheaper than other pet stores. Today, I saw fake potted plants, so I bought on clearance for my chameleon. He loves to sit up high, so I found the perfect plant that would support his weight, while outside his enclosure. The best part was the clearance price which saved me 35 dollars. I've tried various retail stores and even fresh indoor plant stores, but to no avail. While I was happy to find dog toys, finding the perfect artificial plant for my chameleon was the perfect score. The gentleman who assisted me with checkout was very professional and friendly. We even talked about pets while he was checking me out with my items. It's worth the trip. It's always busy there, so you know it's the place to shop when looking for quality items and a...
