Came in for the NC State graduation. I had really hoped there would’ve been places to eat and/or room service available however, there wasn’t anything at 11 o’clock at night. While the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, I had a king suite, when I called down in the morning to ask about if there were any gluten-free breakfast items they said they had no idea. I would have to come down and ask the staff in dining. I was not aware that there was any room service either, we would’ve really liked to have had coffee and or breakfast in the room and we definitely had a gluten-free allergy. I asked if the sausage was at least gluten-free, again no one knew. Additionally? I used one card to hold the room, came in and actually paid for the room on another card - turns out they charged both telling me they would credit one back in 3 to 5 days. However, by charging both cards, they put one of them over the limit. Radio silence when I asked why they couldn’t refund the card used to hold the room. Lastly, when we came in, we asked if we had to walk outside or was there connected parking and I was told yes, to just follow the signs. There was a terrible rainstorm that evening, we had pulled up front to walk in and check in. We drove over to the Harris Teeter parking garage - and there were no signs. We had to walk in the rain to get back to the hotel. Really disappointed in the level of proactive and knowledgeable service for any hotel, let alone a Hyatt - especially in Raleigh during graduation weekend. Again the room was spotless, comfortable and a great size, but without all of the other comforts and amenities? Not worth staying unless you come in early and get up early. There is definitely a breakfast place right next-door but we again just needed coffee and a quick bite while we were getting ready to leave for the stadium for graduation. Convenience was the name of the game that morning and we didn’t have it. I did end up eating some eggs and sausage, it was OK. Again, because perhaps they’re next to a breakfast joint they don’t bother, but they really should. The selection of fruit was also skimpy. It served its purpose, especially since we didn’t book a year in advance to get the hotel on campus, which is amazing by the way. I will say, I liked the quiet view, especially the sweet puppy lying on the outdoor furniture outside the window! That made my day!

This was a brilliant hotel in such a perfect and peaceful location! We really enjoyed the hospitality from the second we entered. The front desk manager was extremely caring and compassionate. He explained all the breakfast timings, gym, and pool hours. We really liked the ambience and vibe of this location. The hotel room was clean and modern. Very spacious and had an ironing board and iron as well as a TV and hair dryer. The shower was very beautiful and modern as well. There are so many restaurants and bars around the area as well as safe walking paths for of you like the outdoors. Truly this place was calming and secure. The rooms with a kitchen had a lot of pots, pans, cutlery etc etc. We truly can't speak more highly of this place. Breakfast had great options for all eaters including vegetarians. There were lots of fresh fruits, bagels, parfait stations and other non vegetarian selections like eggs, sausages, and bacon. Parking was whatever you could find in the area. I had good luck with free parking behind the hotel.

Whenever I come to town, I usually stay at this hotel. They have fallen off drastically. Front desk staff was very friendly and greeted us with warm welcomes. The mobile key access doesn’t work. The room was dirty and outdated. It looked more like Hyatt Place and not Hyatt House, which is more modern. Clearly they don’t use bleach on the linen. Bring your own wash cloths and towels. Only one rag was clean out of the four. The others had yellow stains on them and one had a red spot…I grabbed a towel and it had brown spots all over it. So disgusting, I had to shower again and air dry because it was all filthy like they just rehung them after the last guest wiped their crack. After seeing that, I wouldn’t dare eat the food there. I wish I had read the last week of reviews on this hotel because they are telling the truth. These rooms should not be as high as they are for this lack of quality. Spare yourself and book AC Hotel across the street. I wish I had taken more pics, but this one sent me over the edge.

I could not ask for anything to be anymore perfect from check in until checkout... 100% perfection! Very nice, helpful staff immaculate facilities, free onsite permit parking or valet parking (fees apply). The hotel is located in an area with lots of restaurants, shopping and things to do all with only a short walk. You enter the hotel into a large open lobby with a lounge, a bar, a pool table and other things. A nice small outdoor pool and fitness center. Dual elevators to serve seven floors of rooms but wait time was very minimal. My 7th floor room was amazing. It was basically a one bedroom apartment with a living room with an L shaped sofa, a full kitchen (stove, full sized refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee marker, dishes and eating utensils, etc), a dining room table with seating for four, a separate bedroom with a king bed and a huge bath with a glasses walk in shower.

I love Hyatt brands and this was my first time at a Hyatt House location. I absolutely loved it. With the small kitchen area, it works great for extended stays. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils, pots, and pans. The hotel was nice and clean and in a great location. There were restaurants, grocery stores and nail salons in walking distance to the hotel. I think there is designated parking but I was able to get a spot right in front of the hotel. Checking in was a breeze. Lobby area was inviting. Past Hyatt stays I’ve been asked do I want my bottled waters but wasn’t this time. The breakfast in the morning was decent. Food wasn’t that hot which was surprising because we were the first ones down there. Pretty good selection though and breakfast staff was very friendly. I missed the bar so I wasn’t able to get that. The snack area was convenient for some late night cravings.
