Happy + Hale is the best thing that has happened to North Hills (aside from North Hills becoming North Hills, of course). You won't find a stronger community focused on the betterment of its patrons. The food is always fresh and bountiful, the juice is flavorful, the faces are caring and compassionate. The entire Happy + Hale team exceeds expectations daily and their newest location is no exception. I look forward to being fueled sunrise to sunset by their delicious offerings. And, as if their own menu was not enough, the partnership with Counter Culture is an essential that North Hills needed - real coffee! If you have never experienced this brand, now is your chance. Enjoy the bright and cheery interiors with beautiful natural light and an abundance of greenery. I look forward to watching this team grow in their newest location. Welcome to the neighborhood!

A happy accident! found Happy + Hale by chance. We immediately met Hoff (the manager) & he was so friendly & it truly felt more like he was an owner. Taking such pride in his work. This bowl building concept isn’t new but how you take care of your customers sets you apart from others. He wowed us! I went with Hoff’s suggestion, the BUENO bowl-It was delicious & my husband created his own & we jokingly called it the PETE ;-) We forgot to order drinks & Hoff noticed & he slid two cups over to us. I believe he said try the bubble tea, you will love it! He was right! My favorite part of this experience was when he walked over to us to see if we like the food & needed anything else. I complimented Hoff & he mentioned the team as an integral part of the Happy + Hale experience. Try this place! Just go! Don’t hesitate.

I love the food at H+H—really delicious combinations of fresh, unprocessed (whole) foods. I’m grateful we have them in North Hills. The only constructive feedback is the service is a bit slow for online orders. I assume this is due to labor shortages. Also, the GF cookies are good but PLEASE insist that your vendor, JPS Pastry, date their packages. Some of the cookies are clearly past their freshness window (stale) but there’s no date at all on the packaging! Would be great if you could fix that. Thanks for all you’re doing to provide us with fresh, delicious, healthy food!!!

My best friend recommended this place to me because she knows I LOVE Cava. On my first visit, I tried the protein bowl, which I liked. The ingredients taste fresh, and they have more protein options than Cava. My second time, I made my own bowl and gave the cuban pork tenderloin a try, and it was super tasty! My third visit was my favorite!!!! The seared tenderloin is a must try! They seasoned and cooked the steak perfectly. My favorite dressing is the honey habanero, it adds so much flavor to the bowl. It's definitely a step up from Cava and my new go-to lunch spot.

I really like happy and hale. The food is great and so is the customer service. Today I am giving them 3 stars because I lost 2 bowls of food due to the lids not staying secured on the bowl. I usually place large orders for my office and spend $300-$400 every time I order from them and I was really disappointed that I lost 2 bowls because the lids won’t stay secure. When I called and spoke with the manager about this issue he said that he would relay the lid issue to corporate. No compensation or offer to remake the bowls that I lost. Very disappointed!

my friend and i wanted a salad and had never been to happy + hale so decided to try it out. it’s format is similar to others in that it’s a build your own salad - they have preselected choices or you can build your own. i got the incredibowl and modified it to my preference. my friend got the med bowl - both were good with nice flavors, lots of ingredients and good portion size. the only thing is that the salad wasn’t tossed so lots of the added ingredients were at the bottom at the end overall good and healthy salad bowl
