Brighton II at Terra Vista, rancho Cucamonga — Attraction in Rancho Cucamonga

There is a resident who leaves their doggy poop bags ALL OVER THIS Property!!! They leave them in between the small planters in between people’s garages— any place that they can find. It constantly smells of dog feces as a result. If you use the entrance off of Milliken— there are currently 11 bags of dog poop scattered on the grounds in between garages on the side of building 2. The grounds keepers simply ignore them and leave the residents to pick them up— if we don’t, they simply pile up.

I have also had to have not only my unit but the sidewalk and driveway sprayed for roaches as a result of all of the dog leavings. The problem has been impossible to get under control.

This has turned into a total nightmare.

Additionally, one of the residents uses and charges a back-up generator that makes an extremely loud and low frequency humming all day and night long. If you’re a light sleeper it is impossible to ignore and to get any sleep here.

First and foremost you must know it is that there's only two reviews for this place, really! We're supposed to believe that you only had two reviews in x amount of years??? Okay now for the review, when I drove through all I could say was nope nope nope! That about sums it up for that place, I didn't even need to go in the office I drive through was enough. I would not recommend this even for my dog. Hopefully you'll be able to see this review before the managers at this complex erase...

Convenient location near Ontario Mall and Victoria Gardens Mall. Well managed, quiet development. Nice amentities. Rentals and lease arrangements available....
