Farmer Boys — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

Just tolerable. A few issues... Not very welcoming as I wasn't greeted upon entering. And I had to wait about five minutes for a simple pick up order.

No acknowledgement or reaction from employees standing near the cash register.

I hadn't been to Farmer Boys in a while. I use to frequent the Irwindale location on a regular basis and received excellent service there.

I wasn't too pleased with the unwelcoming experience. I know a lot of places (especially restaurants) have labor issues and the employees are often overworked. However, if you choose to work, conduct yourself appropriately as a worker should.

Unfortunately, I could clearly see employees available to help me and handle a simple pick up order. One particular employee (possibly a manager) was handling a cash drawer, glanced at me and not once told the other employees that I hadn't been helped.

When I did get helped, the employee was rather dry and not terribly friendly.

I can only confidently give this facility a solid three stars.

Because this may have been an unusual occurrence, based on my previous good experiences at not just the Irwindale location, but after others, I will visit against on and document my experience.

The food was up to FarmerBoys standards. It was tasty and fresh. Unforunately, the whole experience is a part the rating system, not just the food.

As it stands, due to the lackluster customer service, i can only give this Farmer Boys three stars.

I have been visiting this Farmer Boys quite often over the past few months.

The Cob Salad is the best fast food salad I have ever had. Vegetables have always fasted fresh and had good texture. The overall salad has a lot of flavor put into it already, and adding a dressing seems more like a choice rather than a requirement for the salad.

Their sandwiches and burgers are also well portioned and taste good. The patties are cooked well and have a good heft to them. The burgers have a good ratio of vegetables and sauce. I enjoy raw onions quite a bit so the only complaint I would really have is that I wish the onions were more spicy, but that's just a personal preference.

The fries are quite interesting, with a tempura like coat on each fry, keeping them crispy longer. I would say you would either love these fries or not care much for them.

The only item on the menu I was let down by was their fish and chips. The fish was thin and unsatisfying and the batter overwhelmed what little substance the fish had to begin with.

Farmer Boys also has a weekday deal where every day of the week you can get a specific meal for 8 Bucks. A good deal if any of your favorite items are a part of the weekday deals.

Overall the experience at this Farmer Boys has been positive way more often than has it been negative and I look forward to visiting it more often...

Well when I walked into the door the cashier Ena didn't say hello like most of the people have when I've walked in before. Instead I was given a stare of judgemental when I walked in. As we were waiting in line for the other customers to finish I then overhear her telling them thank you and happy holidays. While I'm going through ordering my food she doesn't allow me to tell her what I wanted to do with my points and how I wanted to redeem them because she kept talking over me. When I pay after I didn't get to order correctly she then doesn't say anything to me and my wife about happy holidays. She brings me and my wife our food looks at us again in a rude manner then goes to the table away from us and has conversation and laughs then walks by us again and looks at us again in a looking down upon us manner. Definitely wouldn't want this...
