I wish to express utmost gratitude for the customer service, attention to detail, and imtentional and deliberate follow through by Angel Maldonado! I am a huge proponent for making one feel welcome, no matter where you are... Angel exhibited this 1000 times over and I am absolutely thrilled with my chain. I purchased the matching bracelet prior to getting the chain and I 'like a kid anticipating Christmas day' looked forward to the arrival of my chain at the end of August every day! Initially when I purchased the chain, I was hoping to have it before I flew out to Napa to give my presentation before a conference of education administrators. However, it was explained that as much as he would like to make that happen, unfortunately, he wouldn't be able to commit to that date. With great regrets, I overstood and patiently awaited 'w/hopes of an unexpected early arrival'! And what do you know... Yesterday, I walked into PF Changs to take a few of my employees to lunch and received a text message from Angel saying, "guess what"... Lol!!! We literally where just being seated and told everyone, "wait"! We have to leave and make a detour. My chain is in and I MUST go and get it right now!!! Pure excitement š... I wasn't trying to explain my reasoning to my staff, I wasn't concerned about restaurant inconvenience, or anything else... All I know is i had complete tunnel vision to get my chain. And to be quite frank... I couldn't be anymore happier. From the start to the placement around my neck. For me, when I purchase big ticket items, I want to feel good with no buyers remorse (a sense of value, knowledge of product, communication/update, and conclusion). Angel did just that in an extremely professional manner. With that being said, thank you Angel and thank you Jared's for taking the time to search for staff who go above and beyond to exhibit those qualities.

He purchased the additional warranty on everything to ensure that our purchases were protected. Generally, my experience at this store has been exceptional. However, my most recent experience has made me doubt if I will ever set foot into this store again. At the beginning of April, accidentally pulled two diamonds out of my setting. My husband dropped off my ring and he was told it would have to be sent to their parent store due to the damage and it would be returned to me within 6-8 weeks. I called the beginning of June (the 8th week) and was informed my ring was not ready and it was going to be an additional 3 or so weeks. When I spoke with the general manager, she then gave me another estimated date as it had been sent to "the vendor" and when I expressed my frustration about this, she became extremely hostile and began to argue with me. She then informed me that her employees were listening to our conversation and that if I needed more help to call corporate. She gave me the number and hung up on me.. I am now in the 2nd week of contacting corporate and the only information I have is that my ring is with the vendor over seas (though the person I spoke with couldn't tell me where over seas), that the vendor has a 60 day turn around time, doesn't expedite or give updates on repairs, and as far as they can tell my ring should be back sometime during the first week of July. A month longer than what was originally promised. The entire situation has been extremely frustrating, especially considering that I would not have any of this information had I not called myself to obtain an update. If I had an opportunity to choose another store with better repair options and communication, I would in a heart beat. As it stands, I will only return there to get my ring once its done and will gladly bdrive the additional distance to the Chino...
